The whole system is built with the understanding of what each department needs and it is super helpful. Pros It it extremely organized and there are many reports that helps me understand how the homes are doing financially and gives me a clear print out of the financial aspect of each payer and all residents. Pros It makes tracking accidents and incidents very easy, reduces paper waste and gives the information required to identify trends. Cons Sometimes 2 of us are in at the same time and we cancel out what someone is doing. An alert that someone is in that file at the time would be helpful. Review Source rH rik H. Cons not always updates as quickly as i wish it to be - but its definitely getting better and faster... I will keep on interacting with the system until i get familiar with everything Pros It makes good accurate analysis, easing the burden of getting worried that you may not accomplish in terms of compliance. Cons No PDPM caseload breakdown for Medicaid. Has the PDPM all payers report but it isn't comparable to the Medicare PDPM reports. No GG function score metrics.
