Our chat agents find it straightforward to manage conversations, which means they can focus on providing exceptional service.Automation Features: The Live Chat app offers automation options like chatbots and canned responses, which help us handle common queries efficiently. It's like having an extra set of hands to assist our support team, especially during peak hours where in agents can accept multi chats all at the same time.Visitor Insights: We've found the visitor insights and analytics to be invaluable.
