Pros

Mostly the survey and loyalty programs are very nice to connect and conversation with clients and customers. live chats are also I like it.

Cons

pricing can me more better. UI is not beginner friendly.

Pros

Interaction with customers become easy and more productive by using Mteja. It make easy to manage customer engagment and help to track all activities going on. It is simple and easy to use and also integration part is simple and has lot of feature to use. It is good and better than other similar products in market.

Cons

Overall product is good , but one can add more features in tracking and provide some feature for data sharing and downloading

it is a cheap means of communication with our customers and easy to deploy

Pros

Communication with our customers has been simplified ever since we started using mteja beceause it has all cloud calling solutions like call scheduling, call recording all at reduced prices and it has helped us reduce our maintainance costs, upgrades and data usage on cloud calls, it is easy to deploy and offers the best perfomance

Cons

it consumes of a lot of data especially when making cloud calls to many customers, besides that i dont have any problem with this software because it has really helped us bridge communication with our customers

i love the call campaign which enables us make mass automated calls to a list of customers at once by call scheduling all calls at a particular time which helps save time that would be taken to call individually, this has greatly helped us in marketing our services and goods at a cheaper cost and saves time

Cons

this software has limited integrations with other platforms that we would to intergrate it with hence limiting our activities

mteja provides the best calling solutions and i wold highlt recommend it for any one who needs cloud calling system

Pros

i love this software because it has powerful and flexible APIs, contact APIs enable us synchronize all our customer contact data among our communication tools, chanel APIs help to set up callback triggers whenever we need specific interaction with our clients , and reach out to all customers from one place. this helps us improve on our relationship and improved communication with customers

Cons

mteja is some times slow when the internet connection is not good
