### "My small company and CaptainBook"

I would like to thanks \[sensitive content hidden\] for the friendly and professional approach since the begging. I had a video chat with him, he explained everything and after that I could use CaptainBook. I had some doubts afterwards, and once again in a very short period of time I had the answer.

Pros

Since we start to lead customer trough Madeira Island on Jeep Adventures, we notice it would be fundamental to have a "own system" for booking on our website. After, many researches I found CaptainBook. It perfectly gives everything I need to run my small business with friendly fares and it integrates really well to my website.

Cons

Before the last updates, it was sometimes slower than now. I would say, it works better than other system who my competitors use according to their feedback. Basically, it is the best solution and it is very easy to install and start to make money.

### "A huge success to my travel agency, due to Captainbook"

A crucial experience that was very much needed in my travel agency and solved all my problems with overbookings, tiered pricing, widgets visible or not visible as per my liking on my website, and so, so more.

Pros

Since a year, i own a travel agency for private tours and excursions in Chania, Crete. Being a professional historian tour guide, all the tours are done by me. Captainbook was crucial and had already embedded all the futures that i needed on their system. Set up costs were zero, commission on their side is absolutely acceptable, and customer support is so good, that i have never ever had any better, on any transaction in my life. Just yesteday i uploaded a tour to an OTA and matching API key with them was a 5 min process, on a Sunday! I went far and beyond for this review, but trust me they are worth every penny. I will continue to use them on my site and looking forward to see their success!

Cons

Customer support is second to none. Honest pricing, friendly employees that will go the extra mile help your business and make you succeed with them.

### "Powerful booking management software, ideal for water based activities"

We increased bookings, and I spend almost no time emailing guests as everything is automated. They fill the crew list online and I use the platform to generate my paperwork every morning to go to the port police to get the authorisation to set sail. I save so much time every day. And the best part is that I pay only a booking fee, so I don't pay anything in the winter when I don't operate.

Pros

Integrating with my website was a piece of cake, their support have been very helpful. I love the widget design, and how easy to use the mobile app is.My business is quite easy, I just do daily sailing tours and private sailings, but captainbook filled all the gaps.

Cons

I would love to see the website builder evolve into a landing page builder so I could make landing pages per product to catch new leads during my google ads campaigns (and on social).

Flawless experience that even my customers on my private tours have commented.- They also send a reminder with SMS/ Email a day prior of the tour. Transaction safety and ease of use is paramount. Ihave been contacted by other software companies to change my software, but I declined and I will certainly promote Captainbook, that helped me on my first steps on my business, and I thank \[sensitive content hidden\] for that.

Pros

Absolute professionals with second to none customer care and satisfaction. My travel agency's booking system is theirs, on www.propercretanguide.gr and my success on my first business steps is wholeheartedly given to them. On whatever I needed, they were here to help me. Not only by mail/phone, but with their info hub as well online.

Cons

I cant find any, and i really try to. I hope this business goes bigger and bigger, because I have even asked custom things to be done to my booking engine and they said yes, despite not being paid by me- at least directly.

Reason for choosing CaptainBook

Excellent communication and demo by the administrators who solved all my questions and helped me get into the tour business game.

Pros

The support team is top notch! Their mobile app is super easy to use and the widget that I installed on my website is so pretty!

Cons

I thought in the beginning that I would be able to install everything by myself, but I was not tech savvy enough. No problem though, the support just helped me and everything was ready in less than a day!
