### "Great find to parse emails "

July 27, 2025

5.0

I love that leadership askes for input and feedback and replies to that feedback when given. this shows their true intent.

Pros

The simplicity of creating the data capture fields. I also like the webhook feature so I can cut out Make and Zapier, simplifying and reducing the number of tools used for a workflow.

Cons

It's a simple tool. not much to dislike. It took me a second to figure out how to get back into a workflow how to go modify the data capture. Once I figured it out, no problem.

### "Try Airparser before others in the market - It extracted scanned PDF info better than all the others"

November 26, 2025

5.0

I tried 4 Document parsing tools before coming across Airparser. They all failed for one reason or another. Airparser worked instantly how we intended, and actually recognized the data I asked for in the scanned PDFs. Other tools may have more features or be more powerful, but they require you to become a document parsing "guru" to use them or they just don't work how they should. I think Airparser should be the FIRST tool anyone tries when looking at document parsing. And then if they find they need super-complicated workflows or automations, only at that point look at others in the market.

Pros

Most PDF data parsing tools have one of these problems: they're super complicated, they're expensive, they stink at reading scanned PDFs, or they limit what you can do with the data once it's scanned. It's maddening. Thankfully we came across Airparser because it's simple, the AI is actually intelligent enough to scan customer data on scanned PDFs and we're able to export that data to an Excel or Google sheet to do marketing and lead generation properly.

Cons

I would appreciate the ability to organize the parsed customer data before it is sent out to an Excel or Google sheet. A bit of organization (such as folders or tags) would be helpful.

Reason for choosing Airparser

They either failed to capture the info from old scanned invoices, were super complicated, had glitches, or were super expensive for our needs.

### "Extraction at its best"

October 12, 2023

various data processing tasks. The ability to extract data from different types of documents including PDFs, emails, HTML, txt files, and even scanned images is particularly impressive. Furthermore, its capability, and really would recommend if any ask because its moving straight up

Pros

digitize handwritten notes and lists is quite impressive. These features could potentially save a lot of time and effort in data processing tasks

Cons

the accuracy of data extraction might depend on the quality and complexity of the input documents. Also, there could be challenges related to privacy and security of sensitive data. Lastly, the cost which consider high to the market .

### "Airparser is amazing!"

September 9, 2025

5.0

Overall, it's a very intuitive process, and it's easy to use. I have already recommended it to a colleague and I trust that we will likely use this moving forward.

Pros

The ease of use was my main reason. There are a lot of mail parsers out there that had me scratching my head, but Airparser was quick to get used to.

Cons

There wasn't much advertisement as far as me searching for a mail parser. I actually found out about it buried in a tread on Reddit.

Zapier's mail parser is not user friendly, and would often parse the wrong things. I spent almost 2 hours on one issue before I found Airparser.

### "Useful data extraction tool for comparison analysis"

September 24, 2025

4.0

Overall, I feel airparser is worth it and can become a very helpful tool if used to its capabilities.

Pros

Airparser's data extraction tool is excellent provided you enter the correct extraction schema (fields that you want extracted). Its especially helpful in comparing bills from different months if you are unsure of your providers' billing methods, helping you save time. Definitely value for money, compared to the time saved. If you have a basic idea of how Ai works then definitely very easy to use.

Cons

You can email or upload the files you want to extract data from. However if you send an email with 17 attachments then the attachments received in airparser are not in the same order. So make sure to label them.

### "Your new best friend!"

September 10, 2025

5.0

Absolutely exceptional. Blew my mind to the capabilities of AI and the support and value it can bring to its users. Hooked on the technology!

Pros

The ease of use was beyond this world. It guides the user through the process so even the AI newbies can use it. If ever you do have a question thought, their customer support is extremely available and highly response. Very impressed by the speed and thoroughness of their Support Team. The complexity of tasks and data extraction it performed was amazing too which saved me so much time and mental effort. The web scraping capabilities really benefitted by lead generation efforts since it pulled all the contact info I wanted to capture.

Cons

The high level of filters, data drilling that is possible with Airparser appears somewhat overwhelming to a beginner who has basic requests or tasks.

### "Very satisfied"

November 11, 2025

5.0

Overall a good experience, the AI schema creator made it quite literally a 60 second job. Setting up the web-hook was also extremely quick and easy.

Pros

Very easy to connect, I use airparser to scrape an automated system email and then send via webhook to pipedream which then connects to shopify. Using the AI schema creator made it very easy.

Cons

Cost could become high for what is a relatively simple scrape. During the testing phase, I appreciated that re-parsing an already parsed document does not use more credits. This is highly helpful for testing purposes.

### "Airparser for Sustainment"

July 2, 2024

5.0

I am a data scientist at a small start-up researching some parsing tools for my product team.

Pros

It works the way you'd expect a more traditional OCR-based parsing tool to work, but you can specifically extract what you need.

Cons

I wish there were pre-built templates built in that I could quickly use to parse the type of document I'm working with. Maybe they should use a LLM to create such templates?

### "A Game-Changer for Automated Data Extraction and Lead Routing"

August 12, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience has been exceptional. Airparser transformed a tedious, error-prone data entry process into a fast, highly accurate automated workflow. It worked instantly where other traditional parsers failed, and its powerful AI combined with seamless webhook integrations has significantly streamlined our daily operations.

Pros

Value for Money Airparser offers excellent value when you factor in the sheer amount of time it saves on manual data entry. The free tier is generous enough to properly test your workflows, though the paid subscription tiers can feel a bit steep if your use case involves very high-volume, simple data scraping. However, for complex AI-driven data extraction, the time saved makes it more than worth the investment. Customer Support The customer support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely receptive to feedback. Whether you run into a minor glitch or need advice on a complex parsing schema, they are quick to help you troubleshoot and optimize your workflow. Ease of Use The ease of use is arguably Airparser's strongest selling point. The interface is highly intuitive, and the AI Schema Creator allows you to set up your extraction rules in under a minute simply by describing what you want. It completely removes the steep learning curve required by older, traditional document parsing tools. Data Extraction This is where the software truly shines. Powered by GPT and an excellent OCR engine, Airparser effortlessly handles messy, unstructured data across a variety of formats—PDFs, emails, HTML, handwritten notes, and even low-quality images. It understands context (for instance, recognizing a surname within a string of text) without requiring rigid layout rules. Web Scraping While primarily an email and document parser, Airparser is highly effective at web scraping. It easily navigates unstructured HTML or chaotic web formats, extracting the exact structured data you need without having to write a custom script. Lead Generation Airparser is a massive asset for automating lead generation. By feeding it inbound contact forms, automated system emails, or web fragments, it instantly parses out critical contact details—names, emails, phone numbers, and intent—and routes them directly into a CRM, saving hours of manual lead qualification. Website Interaction Setting up webhooks and interacting with external platforms is seamless. The tool makes it incredibly easy to push extracted data out in real-time to Shopify, Google Sheets, HubSpot, or tools like Make and Zapier, significantly reducing the friction in your automation stack. The AI-powered parsing engine and the schema creator are phenomenal. Instead of spending hours defining rigid templates or highlighting specific zones on a document, you just describe the data you want, and the LLM accurately identifies and extracts it. The fact that it seamlessly handles so many document types (including emails with attachments) right out of the box is a massive timesaver

Cons

The pricing can scale up quickly if you are just doing very simple, repetitive scrapes. Additionally, when the AI encounters a gap in the data (like a missing zip code on an invoice), it can sometimes pull adjacent, incorrect text to fill the gap rather than leaving it blank, meaning you still need to review edge cases. It would also be great to have better folder organization to manage parsed documents on the dashboard.

### "Quick AI Powered Parsing"

April 17, 2025

4.0

Quicker than the others I tried so far. Overall, Airparser exceeded my expectations—fast, reliable and accurate data extraction transformed a tedious manual task into a seamless, automated workflow.

Pros

Straightforward to practical doing great things from the start. Airparser’s intuitive interface and AI‑powered parsing engine let me extract and structure data from PDFs, HTML and emails within seconds. Customizable rules, batch processing and seamless integrations saved me countless hours and made setup remarkably efficient.

Cons

Asks very quickly for money. The subscription tiers can be a bit steep for solo users, and the free‑plan page limits force an upgrade sooner than expected. Advanced parsing rules also lack clear documentation, adding a slight learning curve.

### "Extra helpful for accounting purposes "

December 14, 2024

5.0

Pros

I use Airparser for accounting purposes: Extracting data from email confirmations is extremely helpful, saves a ton of time and avoids "human errors" when a tired me would manually type numbers into spreadsheets.

Cons

One detail Airparser sometimes gets wrong is the formating of the date. In random few cases, despite being fed the same email structure with the same lay-out and format, Airparser extracts the correct date, but formats it differently. Not sure why or how to address this.

### "Wonders of Parsing solutions"

October 5, 2024

5.0

So far so good. I estimate in the next 4 - 6 months, I will be leveraging more on parsing capabilities for clients I serve. And this will only provide my clients with the knowledge of parsing capabilities which my clients will eventually take over and subscribe to this parsing service via my affiliate link

Pros

The user-friendliness of enabling parsing

Cons

Cant think of any at this moment! I guess for entry-basic level of administrators may actually be a little lost or confused on how this actually works.

Cons

With some background knowledge of prompt engineering and an API access to an LLM, you can get relatively close to the detection quality of Airparser at lower costs.

### "Airparser changes the game for business of all sizes"

January 7, 2024

5.0

Beyond the functionality, the team behind Airparser is incredibly helpful and responsive. I wish this product and team success, and look forward to seeing what else they create.

Pros

I am thrilled with Airparser thus far. It has transformed several key functions of our business and I look forward to finding other ways to implement across our organization. Airparser is so easy to use I was set up within five minutes, and it integrates perfectly with our other softwares. I also had been looking for a software that would analyze non-traditionally structured documents like the industry reports we've been manually transcribing. Using GPT technology, I described what I wanted and it has operated with 100% accuracy. So impressive and user-friendly, and they've really created a well-rounded product. So far, I have reduced 5-10 hours of weekly manual labor with Airparser. This is a tool all businesses should explore in 2024!

Cons

Nothing I can think of - just wish I had found it sooner!

Reason for choosing Airparser

I looked at several competitors, but none: -Catered to businesses of all scales (we don't need to process 1 million docs monthly) -Are priced well -Utilize the power of GPT to analyze non-traditionally structured documents -Require little to no setup

### "A great AI-powered parser for those old mailing lists"

December 28, 2023

5.0

I used Airparser to create excel sheets from old mailing address lists that were preformatted to fit on printable labels in Microsoft Word. I was able to extract things like street address, zip code, and even more specific things like "surname". That's what impressed me the most - it could look at John Smith, recognize that as a name, and extract "Smith" into its own column because that's the surname. Definitely will be using this again in the future.

Pros

Airparser is the higher-powered version of their sister software Parsio. Compared to Parsio, Airparser is able to handle more complicated data structures and accepts multiple GPT prompts at once. I tried Parsio at first and like did like it but had some projects that required me to try Airparser. It absolutely lived up to my expectations, and the AI functions worked great.

Cons

Much like Parsio, Airparser isn't great at detecting gaps in data. For example, if I tell it to look for house number, town, and zip code, and there's one entry without a zip code, it'll take an incorrect zip code form another address or disregard the entry entirely. As GPT and Airparser evolves, I'm sure this can be fixed. Can also be worked around by cleaning up your data before inputting into Airparser, which is what I've been doing.

Switched from

[Parsio](https://www.capterra.com/p/240936/Parsio/)

Parsio is great too, but I had some projects which required the more powerful features of Airparser. Parsio allows a single GPT prompt, while Airparser allows multiple at once.

### "Proably good for simpler document parsing, but not more advanced, and site needs better support for customers running into errors"

February 28, 2024

4.0

Pros

I was initially impressed because it was able to quickly take out some data, but upon slightly changing the extraction schema to put the data in a list, it no longer worked and then I ran out of credits.

Cons

I didn't like that I ran out of credits before I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do / still figuring out how to use the extraction schema. I tried a different software and I was able to extract the info I needed without running out of credits, so I decide to use that instead for my website. I also tried reaching out to customer service and they didn't help me.
