Content Director Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Airparser Makes Email Parsing Effortless With GPT-Powered Engine" October 18, 2023 5.0 Overall, Airparser is a really great user-friendly tool that delivers exactly what it promises and more. Pros As someone who had never used a data extraction or document parser tool before, Airparser was incredibly easy to set up, although there was a slight learning curve when it came to the terminology. I nearly bailed when I read "it's time to create an Extraction Schema," but the tool was, in actuality, incredibly easy to set up and user-friendly. They offer a generous free tier, but the paid plans are also quite reasonably priced. The best part of Airparser (at least for me and my needs) is its ability to easily extract data from multiple types of content—even emails AND email attachments. After setting up your "inbox," the tool provides an email address that you can forward emails to and drag-and-drop other documents into for parsing. The extraction process is incredibly simple; you just describe the data you need, and the tool does the rest! Cons The only feature that seems to be missing to me is the ability to collaborate with teammates. Review Source Marty N. September 3, 2024 4.0 Pros Setting up the AI rules is SO MUCH EASIER and more intuitive than the old school parsing platforms. It's night and day and I would never go back to an older system of manually selecting fields within a templated email. Cons There were a few glitches witht he python code but nothing that can't be worked through. Did what we needed but ultimately out of our budget. Pros The fact that it copuld do exactly what we need-- sift through multiple pdf to extract totals.
