Pros: Serand is easy to use and provides us with a variety of insights into each candidate. We can see their skills, experience, personality, and values. This helps us to get a better understanding of each candidate and make more informed hiring decisions.Serand has also helped us to reduce our hiring bias. We used to rely on our gut instincts when making hiring decisions, but Serand helps us to make more objective decisions based on data.

Pros: Serand has helped us save so much time and hire better candidates. We used to lose a lot of time interviewing candidates who weren't a good fit for the job, but now we're able to identify the best candidates right away. I highly recommend Serand to anyone looking to improve their hiring process.

Overall: Serand gives you a good idea of what both new and existing team members are like. Overall: Very good and I would carry it forward to my next job. I wish I had it for the recruitment I was doing at William Hill, it would have saved me a lot of time and I would have interviewed a much better calibre of candidate for both contract and perm roles.
Pros: Serand has helped us improve the candidate experience and create a more personal and efficient hiring process. By getting to know the candidates before the interview, we can make better decisions about who to hire.

Pros: Serand brings something really unique to the table with its scientifically backed approach to predicting job performance. It includes personality and value questions, giving you a full-on picture of applicants that goes way beyond just looking at their CVs. I'd totally recommend Serand to anyone who's part of the hiring process.

"Serrand has saved me hours of calls with unqualified applicants"
Pros: I have a small team and therefore end up taking on a lot of my hiring process myself. It's critical that I limit the amount of bad interviews that I have and save as much time as possible. The screening questions both automate sending out questions to applicants and help me quickly disqualify bad ones.
Cons: It's an intuitive software, so honestly there isn't much to hate here. Maybe manual setup, but that's going to happen with any SaaS tool.
