In the past, we suffered from unreliable data and wasted time in our leadgen campaigns, and I'm now no longer specultating with failed attempts at bad, non-updated contacts. The real-time email validation saves a lot of time. Also, we're doing much better at follow-ups, as BYD has already shown signs of boosting our outreach efforts and B2B conversion rates. Pros First off, the data accuracy is best-in-class for this kind of solution. I've been burned by other platforms with outdated contacts and high bounce rates, but with BYD the leads turn out incredibly fresh, validated and verified. We've experienced fewer rejections, meaning less time cleaning data and more time spent on meaningful communications. And secondly, the pay as you go pricing model is just genius for us. Ease of use is fantastic, with an user-friendly and intutive user interface. Plus their customer support is awesome and super helpful, even during our trial period. Cons Honestly, after just over a month of use, I haven't found anything significant to dislike, so it has truly exceeded our expectations. If I had to offer a suggestion, perhaps a few more in-depth training videos could be appreciated, but this is hardly a complaint.
