My overall experience with OnSinch has been excellent. It’s a smart and reliable CRM that makes managing large teams and complex projects easy and efficient. I consider it as essential to my work as Apple Pay, my phone, walkie-talkie, or keys. It runs operations smoothly — whether in a gallery, at a festival, or managing staff on any kind of project — and it’s highly intuitive. The support team is fantastic: quick, helpful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

Pros

ONSINCH is an amazing CRM tool for organizing large teams and complex projects. It covers everything you need — from paperwork to shift management — all in one place. What I truly appreciate is their support team: they’re not just efficient but genuinely human. Whether it’s a big issue or a small question, they’re always ready to help quickly and kindly. Highly recommended!

Cons

The versatility of this tool has its pros and cons. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to find the right setup or make full use of all the available features — and there are a lot of them. I know this well, as I’ve already been involved in three different implementations of this system.

My focus is technical production for cultural/theater projects. I switched to the application due to the need to improve communication and information flow in the complicated operation of the Jatka78 theater. I had the opportunity to try several solutions, but onSinch came out as the winner - complex, without the need to make compromises. I finally managed the work that was previously done by 3 people myself, accurately and without mistakes. OnSinch now accompanies me in all the more demanding projects (Jatka78, Azyl78, Festival Arena, Forman Brothers Theatre, The Conference of the Birds Tour). I will not let it go. The more demanding the operation, the more useful it becomes. However, it is not just a tool that makes work easier for managers. Its strength lies mainly in its ability to provide employees with various options, motivate them, and facilitate shift selection.

Pros

Online management from anywhere, everything in one place, clarity, customer service and assistance with implementation, easy planning and financial overview, setting of professions and salaries. For employees - easy shift selection, all necessary information, synchronizable calendar. Work becomes game - managers and employees just complete their quests :)

Cons

At first it seemed complicated because it is a really robust system with many options, but with the onSinch team it is possible to reduce the menu and everything to and adapt it to the specific needs of the operation. Once you get used to it, it's hard to do other projects in Excel spreadsheets.

I was one of the first in our industry to throw my planning online — somewhere around 2010 — just so I could tweak schedules right there on location. Since then, I’ve been on a long, painful hunt for the perfect planning tool. I’ve tried several along the way, but nothing ever beat my messy-but-reliable online Excel sheet. A year ago, I gave it another go — demo after demo — and then I landed at OnSinch. For the first time, I felt like a software company wasn’t trying to drain my wallet, but actually wanted to help crew companies like mine. These folks come from the event world themselves, and it shows in every detail. The platform is packed with features, fully customizable, and once you get the hang of it, it’s pure gold. Sure, at first it’s a lot to take in, but their onboarding process is smooth as hell — they walk you through everything until it clicks. They don’t clock out on you; they genuinely want you to get the most out of their tool. Every question gets answered, every tiny problem gets a thoughtful solution. I’m not even using OnSinch at full power yet, but it already proved its worth — for both our crew and our clients. Even the “old-school-grey-bearded” crew members picked it up right away. The OnSinch team itself? Absolute legends. Smart, approachable, and they somehow already feel like friends. Strong scheduling features: drag-&-drop calendar views, open shifts/self-registration, attendance tracking... Mobile-friendly access. Good onboarding & support: The kind of team that stays with you until you seriously use the tool. Customisable: You can tailor many aspects to your own process and structure

Cons

Steep learning curve initially: With so many features and flexibility, at first it can feel like “whoa — there’s a lot going on”. Customisation + flexibility = you need to invest time in setup: Unlike an “out-of-the-box” minimal tool, you’ll get the most when you dedicate effort to configuring it. But honestly, these “cons” are just pros in disguise, they only mean the system is powerful enough to grow with you.

We are very happy we started using the system this year. It has greatly improved our work capacity and output. Huge thumbs up from us.

Pros

The system has made our lives SO much easier, helping us streamline our business. And if we ever experience any problems, the lovely people behind the system are ready to help. We really appreciate the personal aspect of this company, where we feel part of a family.

Cons

It can be tricky to learn the system, because it can do so much! But once you know it, it rocks. And if you ever miss features, the people behind the system are there to help and they have developed several features on request from us (which of course will add to the list of things to learn for newcomers to the system - but that is a very small price to pay :-)

Overall we are extremely satisfied with using Onsinch since we signed up early in 2025. We receive regular updates and help is always at hand at a moments notice should it be needed. Veronika is great!

Pros

The simplified navigation on the system really helps. The customer service provided from day 1 has also been excellent. It's quick and easy to book jobs, allocate crews and create individual price lists for clients.

Cons

Lots of options to choose from so can be a little daunting when learning the system from the very beginning.

Pros

\-dont get bug ;) -customer help- always on deck -easy to learn software

Cons

\-visually -> not so attractive -problems with adding colors, images in CMS system -our sms box often get freeze

Pros

The most I like the easy access for adding tasks, orders, issuing invoices.

Cons

In tree builder i can't add group factor - only by clicking single positions
