I finally managed the work that was previously done by 3 people myself, accurately and without mistakes. OnSinch now accompanies me in all the more demanding projects (Jatka78, Azyl78, Festival Arena, Forman Brothers Theatre, The Conference of the Birds Tour). I will not let it go. The more demanding the operation, the more useful it becomes. However, it is not just a tool that makes work easier for managers. Its strength lies mainly in its ability to provide employees with various options, motivate them, and facilitate shift selection.
