It helps greatly to manage especially larger amounts of people/projects. Pros Sinch is super easy and quick to setup and very intuitive for users to work with. Especially with crisis situation it helped us efficiently manage thousands of people. On the other side, it offers complex functionalities and provides all information and tools for end-to-end workers/volunteer management. Cons The payroll module was not possible to implement additionally after the main instance runs. The database import can be done only once, any after-imports need to be manual in order not to rewrite the existing data. Pros I appreciate the most in the application the ability, as an on-site coordinator for music events with 50+ participants, to handle everything. And that from a mobile phone. From recording arrival/departure times, through individual work assignments for employees, to the subsequent completion and closure of the event. At the same time, I would highlight the simplicity of managing multiple concurrent shifts at large events. I also have the ability to manage my overall workload, check my income, and have complete information about my work in one place. Cons The errors I encounter while using it are mostly caused by coordinator (user) mistakes. Therefore, apart from a few technical glitches (which were promptly resolved each time), I have nothing to complain about so far. Our account was set up and personalised for us with numerous video calls from OnSinch to make sure it was how we wanted it. The onboarding process was the best I have ever been part of. Very thorough and clear. Any questions we have had since have been answered very quickly with polite and helpful staff. The software is very detailed and there are still some parts of it that we haven't yet taken advantage of, but as the company grows, they will definitely be used. The reporting side of it is great, lots of different reports already in place to choose, and endless custom reports can be made. Job creation is quick, straightforward and painless. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience. I had the opportunity to try several solutions, but onSinch came out as the winner - complex, without the need to make compromises. I finally managed the work that was previously done by 3 people myself, accurately and without mistakes. OnSinch now accompanies me in all the more demanding projects (Jatka78, Azyl78, Festival Arena, Forman Brothers Theatre, The Conference of the Birds Tour). I will not let it go. The more demanding the operation, the more useful it becomes. However, it is not just a tool that makes work easier for managers. Its strength lies mainly in its ability to provide employees with various options, motivate them, and facilitate shift selection. We have repeatedly recommended this product to other festivals. Pros OnSinch is our main way of supporting volunteers throughout Prague Pride Festival. It is easy to use and provides us with variety of ways to communicate with them. Cons It is sometimes hard to use from the admin perspective on the phone. It is absolutely doable but the mobile version could use a bit of UX work.
