It really makes the weight of the whole planning and management of complex projects so much lighter, saving time in day-to-day activities, team interactions and reporting to stakeholders. Pros Traxidy is intuitive, and easy to use, allowing PM’s, project resources and stakeholders to get to what’s relevant to them very quickly, without hassle or overwhelming administration. Cons Though there isn’t a mobile app, per se, the site is very mobile friendly. Traxidy does have a Gantt chart that is meant to provide a High-Level plan for key management interactions. The best way to use a more detailed Gantt in Traxidy is by using the project plan template that will easily upload existing tasks from any source. I can easily see the GYR status of the project and jump into the project where I need to focus. I get an email highlighting the tasks that I need to accomplish that are overdue and for the projects where I am the PM I get an email showing all the overdue tasks. Creating a status report is intuitive and easily exported for distribution. Cons Traxidy is an evolving product. The project plan features are not as rich as other project management tools but the integration of meetings, decisions and risks in the dashboard make up for that.
