Ik ben geen uren meer kwijt om alles te controleren en aan te passen. Verantwoordelijken staan zelf in voor hun team, HR doet een algemene controle. Zelf onze chefs zijn FAN van het systeem. En op deze manier hebben wij een open communicatie ivm verlof en overuren naar onze mensen toe. GPS heeft er voor gezorgd dat onze lonen op de eerste werkdag van de maand betaald worden zonder problemen. Wat kan je als HR meer wensen ? Pros Gebruiksgemak voor iedereen binnen het bedrijf.
