November 12, 2025 5.0 Overall we get majority of our leads from Apartments.com. the site is easy to use and very easy to edit. Pros Apartments.com is affordable. The website is very easy to use. I am able to edit our property very easily. It helps that it already has everything all set up. Cons I enjoy everything about apartments.com. This is one of my favorite rental sites. You have up for lease and making them seen the Seo management on the backend. Keeps your property up at the top of the page. Pros Very easy to load all of your property information, including every unit type size and base rental price all in one location and ease of making available units available online when they become available. I also love that they will come out and take pictures pending. You do a certain level of advertisement for your property, including video that you can use. Allowed for online payment and basic bookkeeping. Cons Reporting and ledger was horrible. Did have a variety of reporting options and really couldn't bookkeep well within the software. Pros That our main demographic is partnered with apartments.com and helps us streamline our consumer reach. Cons Not being able to reimburse or refund payments directly. It's quick and easy for our potential tenants. I also like the ability to pay online. It keeps a nice record that both parties can use for reference. Pros The best feature for me has been the customer service. The few times that I've had to call in, I was surprised to be actually talking with a human being and that they were able to quickly and effectively address my issues.
