It could have been great, as by looking at the cons I mentioned, there's definitely room for improvement. Some features were game-changers, like verified status of bio pages and links, campaigns, and custom splash pages. However, some features made me question my decision to renew the subscription, like my inability to find form responses, bugs, and slow redirections. Pros 1\. TLinky often offers discounts, which offer great value for money.  2. They have a feature called "Get Verified". The concept is simple yet novel. They will ask you some questions and ask for some official documents to verify the same. It got some unique benefits; you'll get a checkmark on your bio page, and all your links will have trusted status. I have tried quite some short-link services, and to be honest, I have never seen such a feature anywhere else. I can say for sure that I have seen an increase in the number of clicks after getting verified; it just increases trust.  3. The stats were extremely detailed, be it for short-links or bio pages. It captures a unique fingerprint of the user who clicked on your link, which contains their OS, browser, time, country, state, etc. Well, only a part of it is useful, and I wish I could update the parameters of the fingerprint registered. For me, I only needed the operating system (to see which device they are using) and their location (geo-targeting). Individual experiences may vary.  4. Bio pages are very customizable and beginner-friendly. It took me like 10 minutes to generate a beautiful bio page. I checked the core vitals (in simple words, how fast the page is for an average user), and it was great but not the best. Probably because I used an animated theme. Since the bio page collects a fingerprint, it allows a cookie collection notice to comply with EU laws. 5. Similar to bio pages, QR codes offer extensive customization. I was able to add a gradient effect, matching the colors of my brand (university logo). And during my entire period of testing, the QR codes worked flawlessly. It also offers static QR codes. Do remember that the number of QR codes you can create on each plan is limited, and static ones can quickly exhaust those limits.  6. All the pages and links can be neatly organized on channels and campaigns. The only difference here is that you can see aggregated statistics of all the links and bio pages inside a campaign, which is pretty useful. I have used campaigns extensively when I am trying out new ideas and channels just to manage stuff without messing with stats. This segregation is a game-changer.  7. Lastly, you can shorten links as usual. What makes it unique is the ability to add aliases, even on the free plan (please see cons; they have limited clicks on the free plan). What's unseen is the ability to add custom splash pages. While redirecting to the URL, it briefly shows a custom page to your users. This is very helpful for me, where I could add a custom message or share the socials. However, the redirection time is slow (see the cons), and this further adds a few seconds, enough to frustrate a user who just clicked on the short link, unless your splash page is really good. Cons 1\. The free plan is way too limited. The free trial seems to be misleading; it says 7-day free trial, but once you create an account, you're on the free plan, and there's no way to opt for a trial. It just asks you to upgrade. It even limits the clicks on your short links to just 100 per month. Plus, the entire platform is sprinkled with ads. The only good thing I can say is that these ads aren't targeted. I was getting an ad for a service not available in my country. Rest; individual experiences can vary. The free plan isn't recommended.  2. The web app is a little buggy. For some reason, the number of links displayed on the dashboard was always more than the number of links I created. I wasn't able to change my profile photo; it just stayed the default. The only way to change is to create a Gravatar account.  3.The bio pages allows you to collect email addresses for newsletters and other details via contact forms, but I wasn't able to find where can I collect or export those responses during my initial testing. I wasn't able to find a response on their help page either. Without responses, these features are kind-of useless. 4. It takes like 2-3 seconds for the short link to redirect to the URL. Based on my experience with short-link platforms, I can safely say that this is little on the higher side, as I have seen services that can redirect in like a second. Pros There quite alot that i like about TLinky but mostly, i love how it makes it easy to create and manage links. With TLinky, it is easy to link shortener tool to shorten long urls so as to have short links that are easy to follow for the audience. When running public awareness campaigns to educate the public about climate change and its effects, TLinky allow us to add short links on our social media and other engagement platforms where the public can easily click and get to read more about the same. Also, it helps us to monitor how the audiences are interacting with our links and the available content and this helps us improve how we offer our awareness content. We find the pricing very flexible and to make it even better for us, there was a free plan to choose from. It is easy for us to create QR codes which our users can quickly scan using their smartphones and get directed to urls that contain our online content. The one that fascinates me is their QR code generator, which can able to generate 8 types of QR codes for various purposes. The user interface is very decent and intuitive. Bio Page is also interesting with lot of customizable options available. Pros TLinky streamlines the process of managing and sharing links, making it more efficient and user-friendly. Users can create, edit, and monitor their links in one central platform. With Bio page, users can put multiple links in a single page which is decent. Cons Tlinks is an amazing product and I do not have any dislikes on this product. One suggestion is that in the pricing section in their website, they do not specify the difference between free plan and paid plans. All seem to have the same features. Actually most sales are those of online clients and that's where Tlinky comes in. As a graphic creatives I have to export many inspos in to my workspace and I use Tlinky to shorten links of these sites for easier management and tracking. Also in the marketing aspect we use Tlinky to make URLs more precise for easier sharing over our socials. It is open for brand customization of links and centralize all links to the Bio to create that personalized identity for our company's socials and once you click on it, then in our bio you can find more posts.
