Pros It really works and help your store sells more. We don't think there is any chatbot that is doing what they are doing right now. Our conversion rate really climb when we implement them. Cons It lacking a bit of dashboard type, so we couldn't really know our customer journey thoroughly. Customer can engage with the bot 24/7 and only forward to live agent when needed. And the bot is smart.
