They are responsive and the product does as it is intended. I'm very happy. Pros The support is incredible. All companies should offer support like this. I once had a problem on a Sunday. I chatted, yes, live, online support chat, with an agent. A few minutes later she called me to sort out the problem. Cons I honestly can't think of anything. I'm really nit picking here to say their screen fonts and emojis are too small when setting up the email.
