Pros Business requirements changes on day to day basis and so does the applications that we use for the business to function smoothly. Rather than having a team of coders to develop a new application or make changes, sterlo lets its stakeholders make the required changes by themselves and create/generate reports and charts very easily without depending on a separate tech team. With 200+ employees, the management had second thoughts to deploy the platform for all the employees as the costing for all the hierarchy was the same which didnt make much business sense.
