Prior to May of 2025, there was very limited functionality but do not have those issues anymore because they added new features. Pros I love how user-friendly ViralKit is for both myself and my readers. I have not had any complaints from my readership about issues entering my contests- a big plus. ViralKit also presents itself well, it's very easy to navigate and is quite aesthetically attractive to users. Cons Thus far I haven't noted any issues with ViralKit. But, we had a very customized giveaway. So, we ended up building most of it manually. This wasn't a problem, but I'd like to see the AI builder become more advanced. Having researched the market ViralKits product was by a country mile the easiest, most customisable product available. Should you need support, their support desk is very quick to respond and the support documentation that they supply on the site is brilliant and is written for non techs like me to understand! I could not recommend ViralKit more highly. Within the short period of time that we have been using it I have run 8 different competitions and have gained a wealth of valuable marketing data that would otherwise be unavailable to me. The free trial turned out to be more than enough for us to convince us to switch from Agorapulse and SweepWidget. Pros We had tried a bunch of other contest-creating tools and this one is by far the most straightforward one to use. With literally 3 clicks we get from the sign-up to the first giveaway launch. The AI tool did all the job for us and we were surprised to see the analytics outperforming any of previous tools we used before. And this was just the first giveaway we launched! Cons I wish they had a mobile app but apart from that there is nothing which we didn't like.
