Pros It's simple and easy to use. You can basically navigate through without any instructions. You can create tags for containers to help manage programs. Cons It could be finicky with GSP location. Example would be a container in Birmingham in the US could populate in the UK because of the same name. Pros I really liked how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It made it easy to track shipments and access the information I needed quickly. Cons What I liked least is that occasionally it takes a few extra seconds to locate a booking. It’s not a big issue, but improving the search speed would make the experience even smoother.
