Pros

The fact that the team is available at all times to help out and they constantly keep improving their product as per feedbacks and requirements.

Cons

Sometimes the features have a few bugs - but mostly it's doable.

Pros

We were able to integrate Plotline easily into our app. It has enabled us to not only maintain existing level of engagement of our users, but also able to garner and keep new users on the app. The features like coachmark, modal and picture-in-picture videos have been really helpful to guide users and make their navigation in the app a smooth process.

Cons

The dashboard could be made more comprehensive for users. The shipping of the new features could me more quicker.

Overall it has been a great experience. We have tried to solve various problems through plotline - like visibility, new feature launches, funnel optimizations. Have been able to crack a few things. a few conversion - still experimenting with a lot more bec Plotline offers new features every next month.

Pros

Been using Plotline for quite some time now and super impressed with what you guys are doing! The capabilities to engage our audience in the app is unmatched. Plus, the team is pretty impressive and committed -- always up for taking feedbacks, constantly enhancing the product, addressing issues promptly, and providing excellent support.

Cons

A few bugs here and there but nothing major that stops us from extracting value
