## What is Oct8ne?

Oct8ne is the only chat (Live chat, Chatbot & Messaging) with visual support catalog integration. Oct8ne allows you to show in real time products of your catalog in a shared space - the coviewer - where agent and client can see the same. The agent can also see the product viewed by the customer before opening the chat, and see in real time the product the client is looking at. Add to cart and check out buttons allow the agent to guide throughout the whole purchase process.

Estamos mejorando la atención con el cliente en tiempo real así como procesos internos de reservas y confirmaciones de cita por Whatsapp

Pros

El proceso de onlboarding fué muy sencillo con mucho soporte por parte del equipo de Oct8ne. Además, a nivel de funcionalidades cubría con todo lo esperado tanto a nivel de chat como de integración con Whatsapp.

Cons

De momento no podria decir que hay algo que no me ha gustado. Cumple con lo que estábamos buscando y necesitamos.
