When I contacted them to report a problem they said they were aware but could not give a time frame of when it would be fixed. When I reported a second problem, they ignored the problem. When I tried to get a refund it was impossible and I had to get the bank to process a chargeback. Pros Great concept but the program does not work properly. Cons The program does not work properly. You are unable to get leads outside a major city in CA. In addition I have a few different email accounts I had planned to market from using the service. However, the signatures feature did not work. it would only allow for one signature and would not pull the proper signatures in even when uploaded properly. Tried getting a refund within the 14 day period and they would not process. They kept stalling and trying to get me past the 14 day refund window. After several days, I had to call the bank to process a chargeback which I hated to do but they left me no choice. This may be a great product when they work out all the bugs, but I would not buy it right now.
