Very happy with product and support - we have had a few issues and always been satisfied with the resolution!

Pros

It meets all of our labeling needs so that we can comply with customer requirements.

Cons

We tried the more advanced product for full automation and it was too awkward to use, but Labelview is indispensable to us.

IT processes continually change. but every generation of this product are very similar to the last and I do not need to change my process or train my employees to us it.

I got nothing It works every time no training required

Pros

I've used a lot of different labeling systems. Label view is the easiest to use out of the box.

Cons

The price is a bit steep. But for stability and consistency, it's worth it.

Overall we have used Labelview for 15 years + and don't plan to switch softwares unless it gets to be too expensive each year. We dont have many needs within the year and rarely need any customer service support.

Pros

The versatile options and being able to print multiple types of labels.

Cons

When there have been issues between our 2 locations that each use it, having a break in software use and not being able to finish making labels until it was squared away.

Easy to use. It's very simple to train new employee.

Cons

It's harder to make a new label, you have to be used to work with the program.

Prints hundreds of labels a day It does not use a lot of system resources.

Hard to extract label images (odd extension on label files) to send to organic certification agencies

Labelview 8 does the job for us and has for years.

Pros

The fact that labelview 8 still functions for us and is easy to use.

Cons

That I cannot get another copy of Labelview 8 so I can continue using it. The newest versions are not user friendly

Ease of use. The templates that our designer made work wonders, we just click 1 time for a lot of labels and the software works smoothly with our Zebra printer.

Easy to learn how to set up labels quick.

Cons

We have a glitch on the variable date (we can select variable but it switches back to fixed). The final result isn't affected but it sure caused confusion.

My experience has been great. Our local guy that helped me set it up passed away and the company was great in helping me with some set up after that I needed.

labels printed are really clear and concise

Cons

loading labels and ribbon and the fact that the reader sometimes doesn't read properly
