### "Easy but not modern!"

Pros

Easy to use for the basics thing. With today's artificial intelligence and computing capabilities... The interface could be more minimalist, simplistic and the functionalities more advanced. More coherent menus.

Cons

First time I've launched the software kept crashing whenever I tried to add an element such as a photo or text. Also the old interface and not really intuitive... Feels like a really old software.

I have had a great experience with it for over 15 years counting.

Pros

Ease of use and no problems to speak of. Setup was a breeze.

Cons

There is no counter on the newer printers.

I have worked with Labelveiw since being hired here at Grays Ornamentals. That was over 8 years ago and can say that it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

Pros

The customer service is outstanding. Each time I have had to call Labelview for assistance, I received excellent service from the technicians.

Cons

I do not have a con to list. Labelview is a great company and the product is great also.

### "Great Software and Ease of Use"

Pros

It was great to have a set of sku's in an excel sheet the floor team and select and label packages. It's quick of use helps get the labels efficient.

Cons

Unless you've used this software before, you may hesitate at first learning where to go. But google, or being curious will solve that.

Label Designing is an easy what you see is what you get interface

The design interface is easy but also does not allow for more delicate design functions which must be done in another program and imported.

Pros

Possibility to get a label model corresponding to my printer model. It is easier to configure my label.

Cons

Despite having selected my label model on the Labelview, which corresponds to the model of the printer, the barcode does not fit with the selected label. The barcode is not centered.

Pros

Very easy to set up and configure to exact printing specifications. Reasonably easy to set up complex barcodes (GS1 datamatrix with counters). Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable product support.

Cons

Price point is high compared to market competitors. No option for swapping from printing in horizontal rows vs vertical columns on a given sheet of label paper.

Sometimes the network administration gets messed up and I need to restart the server in order for the licensing to properly work
