I really like Arrivo! They are a younger company, but I think that's what makes them easy to work with and also what makes the product easy to use. The software is very intuitive and has the feature I need. I know they'll be there when I'm stuck.

Pros

I like their customer service. I can just call a team member directly and if they don't answer right away, they get back to me within the hour. I've never felt like they didn't care or couldn't help. They know a lot about management too!

Cons

I wish the reporting was a little more robust and eventually I want to create custom leases. That being said, I know they are making constant improvements and I'll be sticking with them for that reason!
