I also like that the company seems to be running webinars and tutorials of the software. I attended both. always looking to learn. The live chat feature is nice too for real time help. Cons I haven't found any major issues so far. Everything has worked well for what I need. I would like to see more in depth videos on examples several different examples of how to make food labels compliant - the example given of the cookies was okay, but a visual videos. It is very convenient for me to use an AI tool. The only thing that frustrated me a bit was the miscommunication through the AI assistant chat. I had to request a real person. Pros I love the AI tool; it makes creating labels so easy. Being able to edit recipes and print them in so many formats is very useful. The customer support chat is very convenient, too. Cons The price was a bit high since I had to upgrade to business to get the tools I needed. Also, I paid for the Pro plan and asked in the chat whether the limit for the AI Recipe Setup tool was 5 recipes total. They repeatedly said that it was 5 monthly, but I waited more than a month and never got it unlocked, so I never understood that part. Pros The customer support I received was amazing. I had many questions and the specialist who helped me answered every single one of them, in a knowledgeable, friendly way. Cons Sometimes grams were used, when I wanted to use ounces. But in the end, it worked out because my specialist provided me with both measurements and it actually made it so there was even more information to refer to and cross reference, which was great.
