Les aspects du logiciel Case Manager que nous apprécions est sa personnalisation assez avancée mais également son interface intuitive qui permet une facilité d’utilisation.

Cons

Les inconvénients que l’on pourrait relever du logiciel Case Manager seraient les limitations fonctionnelles dans le sens où certaines fonctionnalités annoncées ne sont toujours pas opérationnelles.

Overall the software works for quick workflow, prioritizing the main tasks, and tacking the agents works and targets (which is important in the industry of debt collection).

Pros

CaseManager is very user friendly, the customizable diary is easy to manage your cases and pending tasks. It's also easy to customize the program to fit your needs.

Cons

The only con I can think of is not being able to view the balance directly on the main page when opening a case, you have to go into the case details and this adds a little more time..

Making my life so much easier, everything is very user friendly.

Pros

I like that the system can be set up and customized to fit my business and needs the best.

Cons

That I cannot see the balance on the main page when I open a case.

It is not in the cloud, but can easily be accommodated by applications such as Azure.

Burnard Raaff & Associates has been with Case Manager for more than a decade. Due to our client's specifications we had to move to another collection system however we quickly realized that Case Manager is the best for our company and the results have proven such which in turn made us come back after a mere 6 months with another company. Case Manager's support team is one of the best i have ever dealt with and they really take their time in hearing concerns. Case Manager is one of the most elite systems out there and will really boost your business outcomes

Pros

the program is very user-friendly, it allows us to prioritize certain work-flows from the customizable diary. It also allows us to accurately track our agents work and targets which is vital in our industry

Cons

There really are no cons from our Company with regards to Case Manager
