Pros

Es una buena herramienta, cumple sin problemas nuestras necesidades y aporta algunas potencialidades que aun no hemos explorado y pueden darle muchísima profundidad. Sin dudas, un valor fundamental es el soporte del equipo de Icomm que es siempre excelente!

Cons

Aporta una muy buena cantidad de informacion respecto de los resultados de las campañas, pero quiza me gustaria que de los datos que aporta provea conclusiones. La campaña fue buena o mala? En que fallo? Hay alguna base que sea mas eficiente que otra? Quiza seria interesante un paso mas en esta linea.

Creo que el editor es super amigable, la cantidad de KPIS que procesa es ideal para tener una experiencia completa para los usuarios y variedad de segmentos para brindarle al usuario.

El procesamiento de los datos y la segmentación que te permite hacer la plataforma.

Cons

Tengo muchos clientes con APP y WEB y me gustaría que se pueda levantar la información de ambas plataformas y unificarlas para que el procesamiento de datos sea correcto. Me gustaría que las push notificaciones, exit pop up, y las demás funcionalidades podamos aplicarlas en app para unificar plataformas.
