We use it for payment on our website and also as a virtual terminal to take payment over the phone or if we're at an event. Our business is primarily in the food industry, so this helps us process our payments quickly and efficiently and solves a lot of our problems. Overall, we're really happy with the service. Pros We have employees all over the country, so this makes it possible for everyone to access the processing system remotely. It is also very affordable, which is great for us as a small business. The fraud detection feature is also excellent, and we have had a positive experience with speedy payment processing. All things considered, I would highly recommend. Cons There's not much that we dislike about the service. The one criticism I've heard from other people is that if you ever switch to another service, it won't enable you to transfer data. And I am getting invoices directly earlier it is very hard to get this invoices. Pros Overall, I had a positive experience. All of my payments are made instantly. My organization uses Noda, which allows us to get monthly paystubs and track attendance. The dashboard displays the alerts. The user-friendly interface of Noda is one of the features I truly value. Pros The integration of several software programs that I use has been the main advantage of Noda for my workstation. Noda has filled in the gaps so that these applications can communicate with one another effectively. The Client Services staff has been there to assist our team with training or corrective application support when we have looked for additional answers to newly discovered issues. Cons The least beneficial feature of Noda has been its availability as a quick repair when we needed it most. Our resolution procedure has occasionally been dragged down by waiting for the ticket system to finish or by not having someone nearby. Our office would not be able to afford to provide such a service, but we are happy that the issue is ultimately resolved. Pros What I like most about Noda is their seamless integration with us. A few years ago, I upgraded our office to their cloud based software and it works like a charm. I have everything I need at my fingertips when it comes to our audits and speaking with donors about their gifts. I love being able to see all my attachments on demand in just a matter of seconds. Cons I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software itself. But, if I do get frustrated if I can't talk to a live person, which is very rare.
