Pros We have employees all over the country, so this makes it possible for everyone to access the processing system remotely. It is also very affordable, which is great for us as a small business. Cons There's not much that we dislike about the service. The one criticism I've heard from other people is that if you ever switch to another service, it won't enable you to transfer data. We are operating at high speed at this point. Pros It makes a big difference from previous vendors who were so automated that I believe I only spoke to one of their technicians the entire time we were a customer, and that was only during setup. Instead, they work with you to make sure you get the most out of their service. They actually have a dialog with you and make sure you understand what is going on and why. They even show you why and how. Cons They make you always vigilant about safety.
