The only drawback is that it requires internet access to function, and occasionally there isn't internet available when attending community events. February 20, 2025 5.0 It's easy to use and the security/fraud detection has been great. We use it for payment on our website and also as a virtual terminal to take payment over the phone or if we're at an event. Our business is primarily in the food industry, so this helps us process our payments quickly and efficiently and solves a lot of our problems. Overall, we're really happy with the service. Pros We have employees all over the country, so this makes it possible for everyone to access the processing system remotely. It is also very affordable, which is great for us as a small business. The fraud detection feature is also excellent, and we have had a positive experience with speedy payment processing. All things considered, I would highly recommend. Cons There's not much that we dislike about the service. The one criticism I've heard from other people is that if you ever switch to another service, it won't enable you to transfer data. We are operating at high speed at this point. Pros It makes a big difference from previous vendors who were so automated that I believe I only spoke to one of their technicians the entire time we were a customer, and that was only during setup. Instead, they work with you to make sure you get the most out of their service. They actually have a dialog with you and make sure you understand what is going on and why. They even show you why and how. Cons They make you always vigilant about safety. Pros The integration of several software programs that I use has been the main advantage of Noda for my workstation. Noda has filled in the gaps so that these applications can communicate with one another effectively. The Client Services staff has been there to assist our team with training or corrective application support when we have looked for additional answers to newly discovered issues. Cons The least beneficial feature of Noda has been its availability as a quick repair when we needed it most. Our resolution procedure has occasionally been dragged down by waiting for the ticket system to finish or by not having someone nearby. Our office would not be able to afford to provide such a service, but we are happy that the issue is ultimately resolved. Cons I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software itself. But, if I do get frustrated if I can't talk to a live person, which is very rare. Pros I almost never carry cash because I use Noda every day to make payments practically everywhere. Noda has made life so much easier for cashless transactions; transfers to bank accounts or other digital wallets happen instantly. We can pay several bills, shop, book rooms and flights, and do all of this, which is the finest part. It comes with everything. Cons The only thing I don't like is that when I add money to my wallet using a credit card, they now charge interest, and I find it difficult to get in touch with customer service when I have problems.
