It was an old terminal. The POSApt team was quick with the setup and pricing is reasonable. The thing I like about them is they always pickup phone and help with the support. The software is very easy to understand. We currently have 2 dual screen tills both connected to one software. Didn’t had any issues and works perfectly for my restaurant. Pros The POS System is affordable to start with and you can also get card machine with low merchant rates. The UI and ordering process is very swift and easy to understand. Cons The system currently doesn't have offline mode. I didn't have any issue with it cause most cloud pos systems are like that and in my restaurant, I never had any internet issue. Whenever we have a question or run into an issue, we can simply pick up the phone and speak with someone directly. The support team is friendly, patient, and willing to take the time to understand the problem before offering a solution. This has made a big difference for us because we don't have to wait days for an email response or struggle to find answers ourselves.
