They told me they were gonna get their own clearing house when I signed up and then changed their mind. Everything relies on integrations that cost additional money and the integrations aren’t that great. The customization I thought would be a positive thing and in some ways it was, but it makes it so chaotic and glitchy that it’s really not worth it. **Pros:** I love the customization until I realize that it turns into a hell scape of processes and a web that you can’t get yourself out of and then when you try to change something, it messes the whole system up. **Cons:** The customer service is an abhorrent and the gaslight you. Don’t have something labeled as a pay period income report when it’s not the income report for that pay period.
