Pros

The ability to customize the system. I like the design of the system and the ease to navigate it.

Some features are difficult to navigate, such as signing off on notes, locking notes, and difficulty integrating forms.

Overall positive experience. I’ve had to reach out to support often, including recently about prescribing and it turned out I didn’t have the most up to date software. Not sure how that happened

Tough for child patients since no way to make email and phone number under a linked parents account. It limits ease of treating siblings

### "Awful experience, no accountability "

My experience with PracticeQ has been incredibly frustrating. Issues that directly impacted my ability to provide care were not handled with the urgency or professionalism I expected. I had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get basic support, and even then, communication was poor and solutions were delayed. To make matters worse, I’m now dealing with additional account issues with no clear resolution—only excuses and zero accountability. As a healthcare provider, I need a platform I can rely on. Unfortunately, PracticeQ has fallen short on every level. I would not recommend it.

Pros

The things I liked prior to using, in actual practice fell away due to the struggle of getting anything to work correctly. I am very tech savvy so the fact I couldn’t get anything resolved on my own is an issue and the steps to get issues resolved is extremely flawed. Having to call 4 times for the same issue is unacceptable.

Cons

Poor follow up on urgent issues. Conflicting information to help resolve issues making more work for the user for absolutely no reason. Poor customer service. Lack of accountability, poor product overall.

Really appreciated it. From tracking events, texting patients, group conversations with staff, invoicing, billing. It has been seamless to work with.

Pros

I love that it integrates with billing, so it can all be done on one software- easy for patients to login and handle as well

Cons

I think superbill creation with payment plans is tough to navigate around and I have had to make my own super bills unfortunately because of it

I love the ability to create my own forms. This allow me the the flexibility to create exactly what I need to ensure that I have the most valuable information on each client.

I would love if it a built in scribe software was available.

Overall I have found it very easy to use on the go and in the office. I am able to document on site with clients using a tablet, check information on my phone and use the computer version when in my office. It is easy to track my active clients using tabs and keeps the whole team organized.

Pros

I find it very easy to use for the management of my patients information. My favorite feature is the ability to setup processes. For example, when a patient fills out an online interest form a member of my team gets a notification and reminder to setup a time to call this patient. When they complete their intake my front office gets a message to work on their order and I get a message to get them scheduled. It is very helpful for work flows.

Cons

I have been using Practice Q for a year and a half. The biggest issues I have faced are difficulty with time zones. When I have a client in a different time zones, these do not show up on my schedule in the clients time zone so I have to make a note on the calendar of the actual time of the call. Often it sends my clients a meeting reminder with the wrong time on it. I also wish that under clients chart "overview" section that it date/time stamped changes. It was several months before I realized this didn't happen and then I started leaving notes in the comments section to have a date/time of a conversation or updated information on the client.

My experience has been excellent. From start to finish the setup was easy and I was supported. If I have issues now, I am able to get the help I need and it is generally product knowledge rather than issues with the product itself.

Pros

I am appreciative of the support and the ease of learning and using the program. I have felt supported and I am able to do everything I need to do with ease and there are still aspects of the product I don't use.

There is nothing I don’t like. I have been pleased with the product and service I have received.

So far, so good. It has been very customizable which I love - I like building my intake forms and then correlating those with my notes. It saves loads of time.

Learning curve regarding customization. Wish it had integrations with other things like different clearinghouses (Waystar) or other lab groups (Labcorp, Quest, etc)

He is easy to understand and very patient in answering my questions. He is what I like most about PracticeQ. Great customer assistance!

Cons

I am new to PracticeQ and tried setting it up myself and was unsuccessful. I am having to hire someone to set up my PracticeQ to use for my Lactation Business. I really appreciate the discount for the initial 2 months because it may take me that long to set it up. So in the meantime, I am paying for my current charting system and PracticeQ. The discount makes it more palatable to have to pay for both during this timeframe.

I can't stress this enough: the customer service, even long after sales and implementation, has been some of the best I've ever experienced. Same day engagement, careful problem solving and follow-up, really going above and beyond.

Pros

We only use PracticeQ for electronic form management, deployment and submission; however this was a crucial aspect of our business and we needed an effective solution for sending and receiving electronic forms to/from clients. PracticeQ is incredibly simple to use, feature, rich, and the customer service is some of the most responsive and helpful of any product I've ever used.

Cons

Truly, PracticeQ delivers exactly what we need at very competitive price. Rather than a con, I will again note that we only needed a solution for electronic form delivery and receipt from clients, and not other aspects of a full Practice solution. So I can't speak to those features. But from the point of intake, and forms that need periodically renewed or updated, PracticeQ is an easy 10/10

I was very overwhelmed and wanted to start searching for another EHR. \[sensitive content hidden\], an Intake Customer Support Member, provided a lot support and help. I feel a lot more confident now.

Pros

That it is affordable and customizable. It is great with integrating zoom, eprescribing, etc.

Having to build the system on your own. Also, not being able to call customer support with questions.

### "Use a different EHR"

Horrific and I’m switching EHR‘s. They told me they were gonna get their own clearing house when I signed up and then changed their mind. Everything relies on integrations that cost additional money and the integrations aren’t that great. The customization I thought would be a positive thing and in some ways it was, but it makes it so chaotic and glitchy that it’s really not worth it.

Pros

I love the customization until I realize that it turns into a hell scape of processes and a web that you can’t get yourself out of and then when you try to change something, it messes the whole system up.

Cons

The customer service is an abhorrent and the gaslight you. Don’t have something labeled as a pay period income report when it’s not the income report for that pay period. And then act like I don’t know what I’m doing because it says that it’s the report for a pay period when it’s not actually report for the pay period.
