### "Happy so far!"

Overall, really good. I like it and feel it will meet min and my organization's needs for a while yet. Might rely mostly on how quickly AI is integrated and what it looks like.

Pros

I feel like it is a very clean system, easy to navigate and fairly intuitive. I really like the calendar feature and my clients have had no trouble booking. I love the ease of sending clients forms and documents. I love the free to low cost text message reminders. The telehealth platform is free and works great! It has been easy for me to duplicate and edit various forms in order to make them my own. I feel like Practice Q is set up well for more AI integration in the near future, which is why I chose it. While this hasn't happened yet, I have faith that it will. All in all, I have been very pleased with this system!

Cons

There are some inconsistencies within the system. For example, the voice recording is available in some places but not others. And the Snippet tool seemed really cool in Demo but I haven't found a lot of reasons to use it yet, and it isn't available in all spaces where notes are needed. Those have been the biggest things so far (3 months in).

Reason for choosing PracticeQ

#1 Reason is that it appeared to me to be the best prepared to integrate AI sooner than later. With the Snippets and the voice recording option, I can see AI options getting dropped into the notes soon. That is the future and seems critical. BUT, I also feel that PracticeQ has the best value for what it offers - free reminders, free telehealth, and a great calendar/booking feature that is easy for clients to use. I also like the clean, simple design and color scheme. Those mattered to me.

### "Very Adaptable and Collaborative EMR"

10/10. They are quick to answer my email questions, they respond to the needs for the financial questions, and they are a joy to use daily.

Pros

I like the integrations of the financial payment system, the faxes, google drive and drop box, and the ability to have all my information electronically from booking from website to the forms. It adds a layer or protection without paper in the office.

Cons

There are some features that are not as advanced and they communicate frequently with the users to adapt the most needed things for each type of practice (the positive for the area they are currently lacking).

### "Automations like no other "

Overall PracticeQ is a great EHR. Having set up automations and questionnaires that flow into the note, having scheduling incorporated on my website, having a pre-screener and overall, the ease of running my practice with PracticeQ really decreases my workload.

Pros

The automations are the best part. No other EHR I have used, demoed or researched has the level of automations PracticeQ has which makes things run so smooth and very hands off. The EHR is easy to use and the learning curve compared to other EHRs is far lower making setup or edits very easy.

Cons

It’s a little slower overall compared to other EHRs I have used. Not quite as many features compared to others as well. Design is kind of bland, but that’s just personal preference.

Overall positive experience. I’ve had to reach out to support often, including recently about prescribing and it turned out I didn’t have the most up to date software. Not sure how that happened

Pros

Relatively low cost, integrated billing

Cons

Tough for child patients since no way to make email and phone number under a linked parents account. It limits ease of treating siblings

Really appreciated it. From tracking events, texting patients, group conversations with staff, invoicing, billing. It has been seamless to work with.

Pros

I love that it integrates with billing, so it can all be done on one software- easy for patients to login and handle as well

Cons

I think superbill creation with payment plans is tough to navigate around and I have had to make my own super bills unfortunately because of it

You cannot maneuver from Paige to Paige you have a kind of go back and then go back into the page

Pros

Personalization -- changing what can be seen by doctors/team/owners/manageres/accountants, etc. Help search engine -- 9x/10 my answer is available for me already; saves time instead of calling or chatting customer support.

Cons

Saving files in folders is confusing; folders auto-populate on each account.

It's ease of use, it's easy to make my own forms.

Cons

Unable to bill secondary insurances. Lots of places to find settings, always seem to be looking for where to find a setting.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is incredibly professional and truly shows that he is invested in helping me not only set up my business with PracticeQ, but to become a successful business. He is easy to understand and very patient in answering my questions. He is what I like most about PracticeQ. Great customer assistance!

Cons

I am new to PracticeQ and tried setting it up myself and was unsuccessful. I am having to hire someone to set up my PracticeQ to use for my Lactation Business. I really appreciate the discount for the initial 2 months because it may take me that long to set it up. So in the meantime, I am paying for my current charting system and PracticeQ. The discount makes it more palatable to have to pay for both during this timeframe.

Good- I get quick responses when needed. I do think the calendar needs updating as it is behind and not good for groups that have more than 2-3 people.

Pros

The autonomy with forms and how quick I get a response whenever I email the intakeq staff

The portal looks ugly and is not that user friendly

Overall it has been great. Getting help with new questions as my company is newer as been a much better experience then it was with simple practice

Pros

I like that most things you need for a practice are in one spot.

Cons

\-Supervisor roles are very confusing to set up for supervisors that may not also be seeing clients on their own calendar. -I love the form features to creat forms but would be nice to have one that is not necisarrily a note or a intake like forms to send to providers outside of the practice to fill out .i.e.
