Very grateful. Pros Free, support team is very responsive, it’s easy to use and the customizations are great to suit stylists. Cons Sometimes the loading takes a while, I wish the automated texts had more options (eg confirmation message without reschedule messages etc). Would be great to rename service categories & be able to reorder services inside those categories & to be able to extend booked appointments by dragging the appt down & the booking link was more easily accessible for stylists to share (eg on the home dashboard?) Working with the UNWRITTEN team has been excellent. Highly recommend it to any independent operator wanting to run their business better. Hairdresser Recreational Facilities and Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "My experience with unwritten as a mobile hairdresser " February 21, 2024 5.0 Pros As a mobile hairdresser its not ideal to carry or stock products so i found myself recommending products for them to buy. Now with unwritten, i can easily recommend and sell products that gets shipped from the warehouse directly to my clients and make an additional income. I also like that i can add product links to my social media and it connects the person straight to my online shop. I found this app really easy to set up and use. Cons Thats its mainly for retail products, id love for there to be more salon supplies available for services i do. Always available for a chat or to answer any questions Pros I love that it's an all inclusive program for appointments and stock. It allows clients to order product at their convenience as well, not just when they are in my seat.
