Very bad experience from the start had to follow up on my website, logo etc that was promised and payed for ender up doing everything myself and they provided to API integration yet you have to call and mail their providers to resolve issues and you are not allowed to integrate your own reliable providers.

Pros

All in one software, if only it worked as promised but nothing ever works as it should and their customers support is very poor.

Cons

They are only a 3rd pary who takes no responsibility when things go wrong. Their providers and them selfs are unreliable.

If they can provide paperless service maybe make use of ussd or SMS for loan approvals
