Esta siendo muy positivo porque por un lado nos permite que el equipo de ventas pueda asumir mayor volumen de leads y por otro lado evita "malas gestiones" de leads, muchas veces sin querer, al tener siempre establecido el proceso a realizar y los siguientes pasos con cada uno. Es una herramienta que tiene muchas posibilidades y que además, te aporta mucha información con los datos que tiene en sus paneles.

Pros

Que todas las tareas de cada etapa del playbook están preestablecidas y no hay posibilidad de error ni de equivocación, todo sale siempre según lo previsto.

Cons

Hasta el momento no tenemos ninguna queja, estamos muy contentos con todo lo que nos ofrece la herramienta.

Nuestra experiencia general con Vixiees ha sido positiva, especialmente por el nivel de seguimiento y trazabilidad que nos ha permitido implementar en el proceso comercial. La plataforma nos ha ayudado a ordenar la gestión del equipo, medir indicadores clave y tener mayor visibilidad sobre las oportunidades de negocio y el desempeño de los asesores. También valoramos el acompañamiento y la evolución constante de la herramienta. Consideramos que tiene un gran potencial para seguir fortaleciéndose y adaptándose a las necesidades del mercado

Lo que más hemos valorado de Vixiees es su capacidad para centralizar y dar trazabilidad a toda la gestión comercial en un sola plataforma. Nos ha permitido tener mayor control sobre el seguimiento de leads, medir la actividad real del equipo y tomar decisiones basadas en datos, no solo en percepciones. También destacamos la facilidad para monitorear indicadores de desempeño, la organización de clientes y la visibilidad que brinda sobre el proceso comercial diario. Esto ha ayudado a fortalecer la disciplina del equipo y mejorar el seguimiento a las oportunidades de venta.

Uno de los aspectos que consideramos puede fortalecerse en Vixiees es la integración con WhatsApp en la funcionalidad de llamadas y herramientas de videollamada. Para nuestro mercado, WhatsApp es el principal canal de comunicación comercial con los clientes, por lo que sería muy valioso poder realizar llamadas y gestionar conversaciones directamente desde la plataforma, sin necesidad de salir de ella. De igual forma, en procesos comerciales consultivos como el nuestro, las videollamadas son frecuentes y actualmente debemos utilizar herramientas externas para realizarlas. Contar con estas funcionalidades integradas ayudaría a mejorar la productividad, centralizar la trazabilidad y optimizar la experiencia del asesor comercial.

La experiencia con la implementación y uso es muy buena, el soporte tecnico es muy eficiente, y permite controlar el dia a dia de los vendedores. Recomendable 100%

Permite ordenar el proceso de ventas cuando tienes un equipo de vendedores de 5 o mas personas, que no se logran ordenar y dar buenos resultados

Cons

No quiero decir que no me ha gustado, solo decir que es muy importante, antes de implementarla, definir claramente el proceso de ventas, donde estan los puntos críticos y que quiero controlar. Eso ayuda bastante a una implementación mas efectiva, en nuestro caso lo fuimos ajustando mientras lo usabamos

Probamos Vixiees con 5 comerciales tras venir de una plataforma muy conocida. Hemos subido la conversión un 60% y ya la usa toda la empresa.

Pros

Proceso claro con cada lead. A los comerciales les gusta. Marketing y ventas están todos alineados.

El proceso de contratación fue muy sencillo y luego nos han ayudado mucho con la implementación de la herramienta. Tienen un excelente soporte y servicio de atención al cliente y nos hemos sentido muy acompañados en todo el proceso.

Pros

Vixiies nos ha ayudado a aumentar la productividad de los agentes, ya que pueden gestionar más leads y de forma más eficiente al reducir la "artesanía" del comercial y automatizar tareas que antes eran manuales. También estamos aumentando la tasa de éxito y la rentabilidad.

Cons

Nada especialmente negativo que destacar.

La unificación de todos nuestros canales de comunicación en un solo lugar ha mejorado nuestra eficiencia enormemente. No hay más pérdida de mensajes o leads valiosos. La transición inicial puede ser desafiante para los equipos menos técnicos y aunque no se necesitan programadores, el equipo de Vixiees nos ayudó a dejar todo funcionando correctamente

Pros

Usamos Vixiees para llamar y enviar emails a nuestra base de datos y contactos. Lo esencial de Vixiees es que una vez configurado el playbook comercial, cada agente comienza su día con todas las interacciones planificadas. El comercial va avanzando de manera controlada y planificada a través de sus tareas y con las prioridades el sistema va reorganizando y reasignando directamente.

Cons

Vixiees es una solución muy disruptiva, pensada exclusivamente para B2C, no viene heredada de sistemas pensados para B2B. Entonces hay que construir un mindset enfocado en una solución adaptada y diseñada para satisfacer este tipo de procesos. Esto puede tomar un proceso de aprendizaje, pero es rápido y merece la pena.
