Under.io is software that helps financial services companies onboard their customers. Our product includes an online form builder that sales teams or agents use to create and customize their forms/applications. Included is an electronic signature component and PDF mapper which allows for true digital account opening. On top of that, financial services companies use us to underwrite customers as well. Pros Under.io has made things so much easier for us with digital forms. The form builder is simple to use and it maps straight to PDF. We can also grab the electronic signatures straight away without all the back and forth which saves us a bunch of time. Digital onboarding made getting new people on board way less of a hassle too. Pros In the financial services space, an application is multi step with a ton of data. Under allowed us to customize and embed our application with drag and drop fields, decreasing the number or repetitive information we need across multiple documents, and increasing the completion % of appilcations. Cons There's a bit of a learning curb to understand how the system interacts from the online form builder, to PDF Mapping, and adding features like conditional logic. Our account managers are exceptionally happy with the ease of Under. Applications are easy to generate (once mapped), and the ability to run KYCs and Plaid bank validation has been extremely helpful in our industry. The customer service has been great any time we have reached out with questions. They respond in a timely manner - and have been able to help resolve problems. Cons Mapping PDFs was a little bit of a learning curve with the applications.
