I have been using GoClaim for years. It is very easy to find your students, enter the billing, notes and submit. It is easy to go back and check for errors and fix. Someone is always available to help when needed.

Pros

It is easy to use. There is someone who is available to help all of the time. I like the ease of the PT referral form for school psych's to sign off on. Getting ahold of medical doctors was impossible.

Cons

The part I like least may be out of my control and more administration. The referral process for PT for dates entered.

Great! It lets you correct a mistake easily and view all the services you have entered and print out a copy!

Pros

It is very easy to use! and it's also very navigable for users that are not computer experts! And you can delete anything that you accidentally entered incorrectly!

Cons

I wish it would re-cap the Student's name with the amount of Services completed per line--and not just read number of services completed, when you enter several at a time.

Frustrating at first but, getting better with familiarizing myself with the program.

Pros

You can bill on multiple dates at one time if needed. Group billing is great once its set up.

Cons

When multiple people bill like speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy ect. have to make sure no double billing is happening.

It has been positive. It eliminated an extra step in my paperwork.

Pros

I like to right my treatment notes within GoClaim because then I know that the information needed for Medicaid is included in my daily documentation.

Cons

I often click teletherapy by mistake because it is in between individual and group therapy on drop down menu

Overall, GoClaim was easy to learn, navigate in and makes my documentation more efficient.

Pros

How quick and efficient the program is with being able to add presets to my caseload.

Cons

There is not a way to save in progress service entries on the initially services entry page. I take extra steps to save what I have started documenting and then continue making additions in the review and edit tab.

Pros

I like the ability to select multiple days at once for billing at specific times. The ability to bill for a month at a time is really important!

Cons

I wish you could bill from the main screen, and I don't like the format of the time drop-down box. I spend more time than I would like on that screen tryign to find my correct time slot. I wish I could select multiple treatment times for one student on the main page so I could easily click their regular visit times for billing by clicking a button.

it is a simple process for me to submit any medicaid billing. that keeps my time efficient.

Pros

once you learn the system, it is very straightforward with putting data in, and easy to review and fix any errors that are made

Cons

without some specific training, I had to fumble a bit for awhile, trying to determine codes, etc.

I have not had a problem with GoClaim. Whenever I have had to email or call, everyone has been quick to respond.

Pros

Once you learn the system it is simple to follow.

Cons

Having to go through the list of codes to get to the one I need. I wish I could choose which ones I will be using without all of the others visible OR be able to order them so that the ones I use are all together at the top of the list. Also, some of our kiddos who come into the school system seem to take a long time to be available in GoClaim.

Time consuming, but needed. It is good to be able to look back on entries to make sure that they saved.

Pros

The ease of adding students help in the beginning of the year. Also, it is helpful when caseload rolls over from the previous year,

Cons

Group entries are not there. When assessing math skills as a group, it would be nice to put it in as a mass entry.
