Pros once you learn the system, it is very straightforward with putting data in, and easy to review and fix any errors that are made Cons without some specific training, I had to fumble a bit for awhile, trying to determine codes, etc. Review Source SM Stephanie M. She is able to answer questions in a timely fashion and trainings are helpful rather another boring review. Pros It is easy to enter batch billing. I can enter my students billing quickly. Cons I wish there was a calendar view with all students, instead of viewing each students calendars individually, so that I could double check that my entire week was entered. Pros You can bill on multiple dates at one time if needed. Group billing is great once its set up. Sometimes I wish they’d give us a few more minutes when we walk away from some nothing worse than starting to type your note get sidetracked because someone asked a question and we’re away from the computer for more than five minutes and then when you go to save the note or something, it completely disappears and logs you out. Pros Being able to review notes and now that you can edit an entry Cons I wish there was a way that we could voice type the notes instead of having to physically type them in. Or I would really like us to be able to change the name, the date the type of service for a note when we make a mistake and accidentally put in the wrong name then we have to delete it or copy and paste it so it would be nice if we could change everything and not just the I think the service time and the type of treatment. It is very easy to find your students, enter the billing, notes and submit. It is easy to go back and check for errors and fix. Someone is always available to help when needed. Pros It is easy to use. There is someone who is available to help all of the time. I like the ease of the PT referral form for school psych's to sign off on. Getting ahold of medical doctors was impossible. Cons The part I like least may be out of my control and more administration. The referral process for PT for dates entered. Review Source KR Kelly R. I've worked with several different account managers and they have all made me feel comfortable to ask questions and I know they are just a phone call or email away if I need them. Pros Go Claim is user friendly, and my providers nor myself ever worry about messing up something. Everything can be adjusted or deleted if needed. Cons My only complaint would be that my district continues to have to manually input all student demographics. This is no fault of GoClaim, or district still continues to deny our system to communicate with each other. Inputting every new student and then deactivating when they leave or graduate is very hard to manage successful with only one person as a medicaid clerk. Review Source JH JoAnna H. They are available for meetings and are quick to answer questions with phone calls and emails. Pros I do like using GoClaim as a clearinghouse for our Medicaid billing. This gives me a way to review data and make sure it is correct before it is submitted to Medicaid. They catch errors and inconsistencies that are missed with initial submissions. Cons I do think there is a steep learning curve for this platform, however once you spend some time in it, it does become more user friendly. Review Source JR Jane R. Cons I don't like not being able to see the revenue in dollars that I've input. I understand not being able to see other provider's input, but I would like to be able to see my own. I have had to utilize GoClaim with my last two employers and always appreciated the on site training they used to have. Questions could be answered right there right then, new system information was presented and you could put a face with a name serving your organization and area. Pros It is well organized, providing information at a click or a call. When you call, you almost always get a real person to talk to and they are quick to help solve issues, but patient enough to make sure they answer all your question. Cons I don't like that when you go to the billing screen it automatically goes alphabetically to the first person rather than the person you may have just looked up or put a diagnosis code in for. We know that we can always send a quick email and get a helpful response. Our Account Manager,\[sensitive content hidden\], has really gone above and beyond when assisting our large school district. She is a gem and really is exceptional in her role. As mentioned she is quick to respond emails, and has supported us with paraprofessional trainings, etc. Pros I love the customer service. More specifically, I love the promptness to respond to our school districts needs. Cons There is nothing that I can think of that I do not like about GO Claim. The ability to bill for a month at a time is really important! Cons I wish you could bill from the main screen, and I don't like the format of the time drop-down box. I spend more time than I would like on that screen tryign to find my correct time slot. Whenever I have had to email or call, everyone has been quick to respond. Pros Once you learn the system it is simple to follow. Cons Having to go through the list of codes to get to the one I need. I wish I could choose which ones I will be using without all of the others visible OR be able to order them so that the ones I use are all together at the top of the list.
