Pros It is not overly complicated and works well to build simple and clean EDMs Cons There are many random bugs and a lot of design restrictions which is understandable since many users are not designers. Ideally there would be a designer product and regular customer product. In the past, we had to juggle multiple platforms to cater to our clients, which was both time-consuming and difficult to manage.
