Permitting Expeditor Construction Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Great Demo!" December 18, 2025 5.0 I am a permitting expeditor with a residential construction company. I regularly balance the submittal and revision process with about 20-30 projects in up to 35 different municipalities. As I am evaluating new technologies and services that can make us more efficient, I came across on Google. I had an excellent initial demo with \[sensitive content hidden\] and I think their partnership would greatly improve my experience communicating with all parties involved and ultimately receive permits faster and easier. I will be discussing their service with my administrative management team Pros Assigned team and thorough, time-stamped, reporting within a fully built interface. Dedicated team will research each municipality to confirm submittal details. Cons There is a minimum monthly total services fee. September 4, 2024 5.0 It has been a great experience. From the communication to the tips and to the data reviews has been so helpful. Also, the speed time that it takes to get permits is amazing and I love the progress tracker of each permit. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team are so great at what they do and it's a joy to work with them! Pros Communication and the ease of working within the website. Cons I can't think of anything that comes to mind. It is a great company, and everything works seamlessly together. Permits Government Administration Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Would Give Zero Stars if Possible" March 23, 2026 1.0 I cringe whenever I see a email, because I know I'll be hand-holding and doing someone else's job for them. Pros Nothing. I have never had an experience with a "expediter" that was helpful or could be construed as lending expertise in the slightest. Cons These guys barely train their staff to use the internet. 75% of the time I get an email from , they have not even reached out to the correct jurisdiction. They don't do any advance research on what work requires a permit. Basically these folks get paid to annoy municipal employees to answer their long list of questions because their training and knowledge in the field are inexistent. Marketing this software as "Streamlining" anything is dishonest. Review Source SH Steve H. Pros We were in a position to either hire a fulltime employee or try to outsource our permitting process. stepped right in and fully exceeded our expectations on staying on top of our permit process from great execution to timely responses. September 4, 2024 4.0 Fantastic interaction and support from the staff; very responsive to requests and always eager to help drive the process as needed. Pros It is an easy way to keep track of simultaneous projects that require permitting across multiple geographic locations. Cons Sometimes the steps are not exactly 1-for-1 equivalent to how we track permitting, but it is more than serviceable. Review Source LH Legend H. Pros The portal is very intuitive and easy to to use. Also, the service is very great and the lead times are very short. Shout out to !! There needs to be better icons stating where to upload.
