My brand tone has been matched and the content generation has been amazing. In fact it keeps getting better and better, saving me shed loads of time on marketing. Pros It is great value for money and the image generation on the whole has been fantastic with only a few minor adjustments required. Cons Integrating accounts has not always been straight forward. Would be better if things like blogs could be linked direct to existing websites rather than Wordpress, and again not being tied to Mailchimp for sending emails as these both incur additional costs. However, they can be easily copied and distributed manually. " November 25, 2025 5.0 The people at Blaze are really caring and champion Blaze a lot which I like. \[sensitive content hidden\] workshops are helpful and they genuinely want to help people. They are quick to respond inside their circle app if you have a problem so that’s faster than customer service I find. All in all my clients are very happy so I’m happy! Pros It’s automatic, generates really high quality reels and images which match my clients brands. It’s easy to set up and the brand tone of voice is excellent. It’s improving all the time so I’m very happy. The content creation has grown our Instagram and it’s good value. Cons Customer service says it replies within 1-2 minutes but this is an automatic message that then says someone will send you a message soon, but you could then be waiting 5 hours or more, so that can be a little frustrating but I think they’re a scale up so I’m sure they’re improving all the time while they grow. I love it and recommend it to anybody who has used traditional tools. Pros Blaze is one of the coolest content creation systems with an AI workflow. I love that it saves me heaps of time, learns from my preferences over time, and takes away the tedious work of updating social media. Of course, I love that it is so much more cost-effective than the older tools that are out there. Cons It would be unfair for me to let any grievances. It's because I didn't read or watch all the tutorials. I really didn't need to... it allowed me to do what I wanted straight away. I'm trying to say that whenever I thought the product could improve, I discovered it did! I just didn't read the manual :) The only other thing that probably had me a little concerned before committing to Blaze was that I thought it was going to be a gimmick, maybe because of the branding being Comic Book style. I think that was because of some bias I have about what a 'professional' solution should look like. But I was wrong! Pros It was able to do my social media content, and their content was actually pretty good, and had some nice designs. Cons The posts would keep failing, and I tried contacting their customer service, but they kept saying their IT team was working on it. Pros I really like that it has a lot of integrations. It came up with some really great AI photos and text. The customization features are pretty intensive but there are a few lacking. The interface is very user friendly Cons I don't like that if you accidentally delete a design it is gone forever. There is no retrieving it. I don't like that it wasn't very easy to make a template button into a link or find information on how to do so. Pros I was just coming out of a costly agency with monthly social media costs. I admit I was schepticle at first - the glitzy comic look wasnt my style but I liked what they were offering. I signed up for the week free trial and got to work on my posts. Within that week I produced a month of posts with little effort. Everything worked semlessly. Loved it. Im finding it a really good tool. Everything I need for simple posts in one place. You can easily produce simple and multiple posts in a matter of minutes. I am now back in full control of my social media. Perfect! Cons Initially there were a very small amount of errors but they are being worked on instantly.
