Blaze keeps your brand consistent and on target with professional looking posts that draw attention. Pros So may pros I will have a challenge to even name all of them. It's intuitive so that it grabs information from my site and then provides a thorough breakdown of my niche and deliverables and provides content that is pretty on point. I have to do minimal tweaking of the content. I love that it gives me an entire week in advance to take time to review. I love how I can adjust the photo or video necessary and that the stock library has plenty of options to choose from. I love that the images are diverse and inclusive. And I love the pricing as to hire someone to do this would cost way more. Cons The ability to only connect to Mailchimp for email. The ability to only connect one social media account per platform. " February 4, 2026 5.0 Amazing, I use it everyday. So much so, I've set up another company on it. The workspaces are easy to use and invite people on. Pros What I love about Blaze is that it’s saving me roughly $20K per month by replacing a traditional marketing agency. I can do everything myself now, which is HUGE for speed, control, and ROI. The support team is on point—fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions. On top of that, the Blaze community page is packed with smart people and practical ideas you can actually use. Blaze is a killer app for anyone doing business on the web. Once you’re on it, you won’t want to run without it. Cons It's a little buggy as the AI learns and gets better and while I'm learning the tool, I'm not always sure what it's going to generate. " November 25, 2025 5.0 The people at Blaze are really caring and champion Blaze a lot which I like. \[sensitive content hidden\] workshops are helpful and they genuinely want to help people. They are quick to respond inside their circle app if you have a problem so that’s faster than customer service I find. All in all my clients are very happy so I’m happy! Pros It’s automatic, generates really high quality reels and images which match my clients brands. It’s easy to set up and the brand tone of voice is excellent. It’s improving all the time so I’m very happy. The content creation has grown our Instagram and it’s good value. Cons Customer service says it replies within 1-2 minutes but this is an automatic message that then says someone will send you a message soon, but you could then be waiting 5 hours or more, so that can be a little frustrating but I think they’re a scale up so I’m sure they’re improving all the time while they grow. Cons I can't add sound and sometimes my logo doesn't come out right. Some of the topics are too generic. It doesn't use my photos as often as I want it. I feel that since the business is relatively new, we get access to upper management which you don't get in a lot of "elder" companies. This company feels alive and real. The platform service has a lot of room to grow and I feel confident this team is willing to take it all the way. The value is already there. I've already saved many, many, MANY hours. To be honest, without Blaze I wouldn't be posting on socials, writing blogs, sending newsletters, etc. I have a startup of my own to run and Blaze makes it possible to do both! Pros Blaze is a learning platform. I mean it gets better the more you use it. You can tell it when you don't like something and it changes its behavior. Cons Right now it's a bit sluggish (load times) but I expect this to improve over time as the platform matures. I ran into one issue early on, but the support team walked me through it straight away. Since then, I’ve created hundreds of posts, and it’s saved me a huge amount of time. Highly recommend. Pros One of the biggest advantages of using Blaze is how easy it is to publish content on every platform at once. It streamlines the whole workflow and saves a huge amount of time. May 17, 2025 5.0 After trying many content creation and distribution SaaS products over the past decade, I can confidently say that Blaze is one of the best (if not the best). Its intuitive AI workflow and exceptional scheduling make it easy to use, and I know I’m only tapping into a fraction of its capabilities. I love it and recommend it to anybody who has used traditional tools. Pros Blaze is one of the coolest content creation systems with an AI workflow. I love that it saves me heaps of time, learns from my preferences over time, and takes away the tedious work of updating social media. Of course, I love that it is so much more cost-effective than the older tools that are out there. Cons It would be unfair for me to let any grievances. It's because I didn't read or watch all the tutorials. I really didn't need to... it allowed me to do what I wanted straight away. I'm trying to say that whenever I thought the product could improve, I discovered it did! I just didn't read the manual :) The only other thing that probably had me a little concerned before committing to Blaze was that I thought it was going to be a gimmick, maybe because of the branding being Comic Book style. I think that was because of some bias I have about what a 'professional' solution should look like. But I was wrong! I don't have any time to post; I get to about 2 a week just editing a couple here and there. Taking the worry of getting my brand name out there is well worth the money. Cons I really don't like that you can't link a product to your post. But I have brought this up and have no doubt that they are working on that problem as we speak. Pros I really like that it has a lot of integrations. It came up with some really great AI photos and text. The customization features are pretty intensive but there are a few lacking. The interface is very user friendly Cons I don't like that if you accidentally delete a design it is gone forever. There is no retrieving it. I don't like that it wasn't very easy to make a template button into a link or find information on how to do so.
