The team at Blaze has been very good with follow-up on my questions and they seem genuinely interested in feedback. Pros Blaze has been a huge time saver for me, posting across 6 social media platforms. The posts that are created are getting better and better every week, as it learns more about what we want, so there is less editing time needed. I now spend only about 2 hours each week reviewing and editing the created content... and that's for ALL SIX platforms! Cons Getting to know the tools has been a little time consuming. The platform is very usable, but not as intuitive as I had hoped. This is a temporary thing, however, as I get better with it every week. Review Source AO Austin O. And have your posts ready in a few minutes Cons I reached out to tech-support on a couple of occasions and received a response the following day. Extensive social content that includes video has historically required multiple phases - research, vetting vendors, ideation, production planning, a walk-through, final edits, review, and posting. I can only leverage content from 1 shoot so many times, and this has helped drastically so that I can stay top of mind while I'm busy working with clients. Cons It overuses so many words and tends to repeat itself, especially for the longer form content. I don't use it anymore for long-form content. After trying to train the system times, at the end of the day, Ai can't write marketing content that is highly advanced and human-like for marketing purposes. I don't particularly like the images being used - they look very generic. I also don't like the websites it automatically links my pages back to - they are often of a competitor. The posts should be relevant to the products and the tags shuld b as per product or collection. Towards the end of my trial I found out I can't easily find help in the knowledge base or chat. I also found out that it is difficult if not impossible to add a link to a shape/button text. Pros I really like that it has a lot of integrations. It came up with some really great AI photos and text. The customization features are pretty intensive but there are a few lacking. The interface is very user friendly Cons I don't like that if you accidentally delete a design it is gone forever. There is no retrieving it. I don't like that it wasn't very easy to make a template button into a link or find information on how to do so. Alternatives considered [Canva](https://www.capterra.com/p/168956/Canva/) Reason for choosing Blaze I didn't. I will be using them side by side if Blaze offers a better pricing deal. Pros It automates all of my social media for me, and then optimizes the content it creates to increase engagement using AI. Marketing is definitely not a strong suit of mine and this has made generating content and having a social media presence a lot easier Cons Sometimes, the content can be a bit stagnant, especially with limitations on media (pictures/videos) that you upload to allow it to use, which can create repetitive feeling content. Pros Love the simplicity of it - it is very easy to create multiple posts in minutes. Cons I don't always want multiple posts to automatically post to my socials. I wish that you could set if they should be scheduled automatically or if they should be saved as drafts and allow me to determine when they are auto-scheduled. I don't love the design tools (reel and image creation) I still have to do all my design work in Canva and then upload images to use with the captions.
