The site been easy to use and manage the posts. I appreciate the time that is saved while doing business. Pros I like how simple the site is to use and I do really enjoy the array of posts each week. They are eye catching and to the point. Cons I don't like that YouTube and my blog posts can not be connected, so I have to manually do those. I haven't used all of Blaze's functionalities yet, so I will add that I currently don't like that I can't change the email account I want to associate it to. Review Source NT Nicki T. Cons Sometimes, I just want to quickly draft a one-off post, but it always turns into this whole "creation process" where they are trying to turn my one post into many ideas and pieces of content. I paid for a year up front to save the money compared to paying monthly. I tried getting a refund and they refused. I was told "dispute it with your bank." If you are looking for this type of product there are many better options on the market. Stay away. Pros The app is awesome and very useful! The AI creations are very good and don't need a lot of tweaking. If only the support was as good. Cons Absolutely horrible support! 90% of the time that I have used this product, the analytics section doesn't work. That was one of the reasons I went with Blaze instead of another provider. Not only am I saving time by creating multiple posts at once, I am also not running straight down the rabbit hole of social media hell. Cons It glitches a lot when I am designing content. I cannot move frames, boxes etc around with any efficiency. Being that I am Canadian I do not like how the exchange rate burns me. I wish there was an option for CDN currency. It’s been hard to really get enough time to evaluate it thoroughly. Pros I was very impressed with how much content you can generate. Every time I fact check the content it was dead on. Less worries about what it’s creating over other options. Cons I wish we could easily upload documents to start from. It would help bring meeting notes in to turn them into content when we have had a download session with our team for the blogs and project posts we do. No matter what I did I could not export the content though for easy review. I always have to copy and paste it over. The images generated for content are often off the mark for our content. I use it for blog posts, and brainstorming so it's great for that, but for social media posts, I think it's only good for like a quick fix situation. Meaning if you need something simple done quickly then this is your go to tool for that, it lacks many of the design capabilities that Canva offers and much more. Pros So far I'm enjoying Blaze. It helps me generate content through multiple platforms easily. Great for quick Social Media Post ideas, but doesn't have the same capabilities and tools as Canva which is why I am using both. But I believe Blaze has potential and if it offers what Canva offers then this platform is a win for me. Cons Multiple posts only generate square posts which is no longer used on Instagram. They need to switch it to Portrait. Setting the timer on story posts. Video generation, the ability to upload audio files, all the reasons why Canva is number one still.
