Pros The ability to plan a heap of posts in advance is helpful, as well as the AI branding tools. Cons The integrations regularly disconnect and you have to refresh them way too often, meaning a bunch of our posts went unpublished over a number of days. The templates are pretty limited compared to Canva (eg. searched "easter themes" and nothing came up), and the AI generated copy was pretty Chat GPT-esque, even with specific voice branding implemented. Though I hoped for full integration with my Squarespace 7.0 blog, Blaze led me to set up a new WordPress blog instead, which syncs effortlessly with the platform. I plan to embed this new blog into a page on my Squarespace site, allowing for a seamless workflow. Customer service has been prompt and helpful, even correcting an overbilling issue during my trial period. For instance, favored versions of text can easily be lost if not copied and saved at key points, as there are no warnings that the next step may overwrite previous work. This requires patience and trial and error to navigate effectively, so it’s wise to back up your drafts externally to avoid potential frustration. Although trial and error can be educational, an improved interface with clearer guidance would go a long way in streamlining the experience.
