Pros Easy to set up, runs automatically with minimal effort across multiple social media accounts. Literally zero effort needed if you want to do it that way. Cons I'm still working with the team to tweak blaze to ensure that our social media posts get more traction. Extensive social content that includes video has historically required multiple phases - research, vetting vendors, ideation, production planning, a walk-through, final edits, review, and posting. I can only leverage content from 1 shoot so many times, and this has helped drastically so that I can stay top of mind while I'm busy working with clients. Cons It overuses so many words and tends to repeat itself, especially for the longer form content. I don't use it anymore for long-form content. After trying to train the system times, at the end of the day, Ai can't write marketing content that is highly advanced and human-like for marketing purposes. I don't particularly like the images being used - they look very generic. I also don't like the websites it automatically links my pages back to - they are often of a competitor. The analytics that are provided tell me when the best times to post are each day and I can no generate content a month in advance. Pros Blaze makes creating multiple social media posts across a variety of different feeds possible. What used to take me 10 minutes a day now only takes about 30 minutes a month. Cons Blaze has the ability to create so much content, including brainstorming marketing ideas, creating webpages, emails, great marketing content, etc. that I feel I am not utilizing everything I can or should be using. The team at Blaze has been very good with follow-up on my questions and they seem genuinely interested in feedback. Pros Blaze has been a huge time saver for me, posting across 6 social media platforms. The posts that are created are getting better and better every week, as it learns more about what we want, so there is less editing time needed. I now spend only about 2 hours each week reviewing and editing the created content... and that's for ALL SIX platforms! Cons Getting to know the tools has been a little time consuming. The AI creations are very good and don't need a lot of tweaking. If only the support was as good. I cannot move frames, boxes etc around with any efficiency. Being that I am Canadian I do not like how the exchange rate burns me. I wish there was an option for CDN currency. Less worries about what it’s creating over other options. Cons I wish we could easily upload documents to start from. It would help bring meeting notes in to turn them into content when we have had a download session with our team for the blogs and project posts we do. No matter what I did I could not export the content though for easy review. I always have to copy and paste it over. The images generated for content are often off the mark for our content. Cons I do wish it would create related content to other post that have had success. For example I had a post with 55 likes and several repost but the next post was almost irrelevant. The site been easy to use and manage the posts. I appreciate the time that is saved while doing business. Pros I like how simple the site is to use and I do really enjoy the array of posts each week. They are eye catching and to the point. Cons I don't like that YouTube and my blog posts can not be connected, so I have to manually do those.
