There's a lot of other options out there worth exploring ahead of this one, in my opinion. Pros I can't really find many positives to give on this tools as it was incredibly limited with its filtering options and UI capabilities. Cons UI is a mess. There's also very little to it. Not a ton of filtering settings to drill down with. Communications with influencers was inconsistent and the messaging system was very limiting. payments structures within the program was flakey as well. Their support team is top tier, their platform is very intuitive and it has saved me many hours as we reach out to influencers in our community Pros The fact that I can do everything I need to do in order to reach out and partner with influencers directly from one platform. I don't need to skip around to 4 or 5 different pieces of software which used to cause confusion and take way longer. Cons Their influencer finder option is great for finding influencers similar to what I need but in my niche, I need influencers who have children within a certain age range (due to the product we sell). Therefore, I still need to manually review their profile to see if the child fits within our age criteria. Unfortunately, this takes time and manual review and I don't think IH has a way to automate this process yet. Pros They have a really good database when I want to search for a influencer. Its streamlined process saves us a lot of time, and the fact that we can directly track all emails on the platform is very nice. Cons The filter function is not the best that I can imagine, so the individual finding function is what we used the most.
