I am new to Influencer Hero, but so far so good. Lots of features and capabilities.
Influencer hero is a one stop shop for all your influencer management needs. Easy to use, affordable, and great customer support.
Cons
Not sure yet will have to use platform for longer.
Their website did not communicate this initially so this was a shock.
"Extremely Useful!"
Pros: Good reporting capabilities was really important to us. It has everything we needed. It's great.
Cons: The subscription cost is PER brand, meaning if you service multiple brands like we do it's going to get very costly. They will work with you on price though it seems so we'll find out as we go. Their website did not communicate this initially so this was a shock.
"User friendly, and has all the features I need in a single platform "
Pros: Ease of use. Ease of implementation. Dedicated onboarding. Fair price point for the value.
Cons: Not being able to save search criteria within the Influencer finder feature.
"Has potential, but the search functionality is very limiting."
Overall: It was middling. Switching to Upfluence showed us how strong and weak Influencer Hero was for its lack of a functioning search and filter tool but for its strength in its email automation.
Pros: The email automations are terrific. It is surprising that competitor platforms like Upfluence don't have similar capabilities.
Cons: The influencer search and filter are abysmal. Very buggy and would often not apply the search criterion to the actual results we needed. A very big letdown in this regard.
"Affordable influencer marketing tool"
Overall: It was working overall and I would like to see how it looks after I finished a campaign.
Pros: They have a really good database when I want to search for a influencer. Its streamlined process saves us a lot of time, and the fact that we can directly track all emails on the platform is very nice.
Cons: The filter function is not the best that I can imagine, so the individual finding function is what we used the most.
"Solid Software"
Overall: Really great so far! No issues with onboarding and the sales team has been great.
Pros: Easy to install and overall really easy to use. The sales team has been great to work with as well.
Cons: None so far but I could see the amount of filtering needed to get to your ideal person to have a bit of a learning curve
