Pros Easy to install and overall really easy to use. The sales team has been great to work with as well. It has everything we needed. It's great. Cons The subscription cost is PER brand, meaning if you service multiple brands like we do it's going to get very costly. They will work with you on price though it seems so we'll find out as we go. Their website did not communicate this initially so this was a shock. Switching to Upfluence showed us how strong and weak Influencer Hero was for its lack of a functioning search and filter tool but for its strength in its email automation. Pros The email automations are terrific. It is surprising that competitor platforms like Upfluence don't have similar capabilities. Cons The influencer search and filter are abysmal. Very buggy and would often not apply the search criterion to the actual results we needed. A very big letdown in this regard. Switched from [Refersion](https://www.capterra.com/p/145991/Refersion/) Refersion was limited in its ability to search and find influencers. Review Source EC Eliana C. Pros They have a really good database when I want to search for a influencer. Its streamlined process saves us a lot of time, and the fact that we can directly track all emails on the platform is very nice.
