I think Zoho FSM is very pricey It's a dispatch manager and I believe the payment structure is off (pay per appointment bundle) The FSM app is not very UX/UI friendly, far too much options and the sync from web to app is sometimes off

I am really liking it. The software doesn't take forever to load everytime i click on something which is typical a big time sucker in my day. I'm excited to become a Zoho FSM Master.

I love that I can customize dang near everything to my needs. Very helpful and increases my productivity.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve. You will likely spend some time in the help guide. Only because the software is so rich in features and ways to customize.

It has been very good, we have control over our staffs appointments with full transparency. Recorded acceptances of estimates by clients make disputes quick and easy to resolve, and service reports have been a grate help to use and our clients.

Pros

Easy to use, and all of the modules flow well together resulting in a detailed workflow for history records and with easy integration to Zoho desk , defining the remote vs onsite support. It is a great value to have notifications, online acceptances , billing, stock issues , appointment scheduling all from one system. And with seamless integration to Zoho Books , customer information , Service and part items make it a breeze to setup. Also the CRM integration helps account managers access Service appoint records without leaving their system as well as doing estimates to clients directly from the CRM with the FSM extension.

Cons

there are no delivery note documents for stock that is issued out, and none chargeable appointment have to be billed at zero value. Also wish it was apart of the Zoho one package for likes of analytics.

Generally, it is building up to satisfaction. It is a great experience.

Pros

1\. Efficiency when it comes to scheduling appointments. The messages are delivered live. 2. The ability to load Assets and designate to specific sites. The syncing of Assets to specific addresses. Syncing of Service and parts as well as equipment onto sites, territory and contacts. This enables automation and reduces manual loading of data. 3. The application of rules and commands. This serves as reminders to Administrators and less reliance on memory.

Cons

1\. Currently, the inability to load multiple assets under one client. 2. It takes some time to load especially on opening from CRM and Zoho Desk.

Solid product for a business already inside the Zoho ecosystem. We implemented it for field service operations and it handles the core scheduling, dispatch, and billing reliably. The integration depth is the main reason to choose it over standalone FSM tools. The tradeoff is flexibility: if your workflow is standard, it works well quickly; if it's unusual, expect setup effort and some workarounds. Worth it for us on balance, but go in expecting to invest time in configuration.

Pros

Tight integration with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem was the biggest win. Because we already run other Zoho tools, having field service connect to CRM, Inventory, and Books without bolting on third-party connectors saved real setup effort. The work order to dispatch to invoicing flow is logical out of the box, and being able to map a service request through scheduling, technician assignment, and billing in one place fit our installation-and-maintenance workflow well. The mobile app for field technicians is genuinely usable, which matters when the people using it aren't sitting at a desk.

Cons

The configuration is more rigid than expected. When our service workflow didn't match Zoho FSM's assumptions, customizing it was harder than it should be, which is part of why I ended up evaluating Zoho Creator as an alternative for the pieces FSM couldn't bend to. The learning curve for setting up the back end is real, and documentation for the less common configurations is thin. For a smaller team without a dedicated admin, the initial implementation takes more time than the marketing suggests.

Overall we plan to roll out and use Zoho FSM daily as our main platform for filed service management. The functionality is there and with the exposed API endpoint we get the option to connect even more apps and services that we use for data collection. The overall experience therefore is good, field agents like the mobile app too and dispatching is made simple with a good enough overview of internal resources to conduct our work.

Pros

The integration and synchronization to and from Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Desk is very convenient for us. The way Zoho FSM is handling the life-cycle of a service is great, coming from the customer agreement all the way through planning and dispatching the service team and ultimately finishing a contract and creating a bill makes FSM a one-stop-shop for this kind of work. We especially like the option to have our inventory as assignable resources to a given service appointment and the ability to store the assets of our customers with the service history. Another key functionality is that we can customize the form fields as needed to reflect real world data that is important in our day-to-day workflows.

Cons

Some missing features, limitations and bugs that are present. Missing: No built-in synchronization with Zoho Calendar. We had to make our own one-way-sync with Zoho Flow that took time and effort. Limitations: There are no custom lookup fields like in Zoho CRM that we could add to our work orders or service appointments. Illogical UI: When selecting a service appointment and clicking on edit, we can´t change the resources, only some data. We have to specifically select "reschedule" to change time and resources. This would only make sense if reschedule is either the only option to edit the appointment or if our inventory items are not treated as resources like our field agents. Tools do not care if an appointment is rescheduled, only humans do, so why divide the edit options in 2 separate UI masks? Bugs: Dispatch Console is blank when loading the page, only after changing the view to the Calendar or Gnatt will the data load. The left side panel is always blank, data does not load at all, no matter what browser or settings we use.

My overall experience with Zoho FSM has been great! I have been able to get my automations working so easily with the FSM app and everything is makign my business run without me, its a great app for intergrations.

Pros

An amazing app! SO great for your business, it has everything you need and its really easy to intergrade using https, apis, webhooks and more. I have been connecting Zoho FSM to make.com and connecting up all the other zoho apps integrating them and everything is working so smoothly and makes my life so much easier!

Cons

Its a bit hard having to fill in so many steps to create 1 appointment but because im creating automations i wont have to do it the automation will do it for me!

Excellent support. I had a very minor issue but it was because I created 2 trial accounts by mistake and had my integration with the larger zoho suite misconfigured. They called to check on my trial and had an engineer on a scheduled call within 30 mins to resolve the issue. I suspect ongoing support will be great if needed.

Pros

This is by far the most complete product for the price. There is no other field service software I've researched at this price point. We are a smaller firm and this product has big enterprise type features at a very affordable price point and can scale as my team grows.

Cons

Only thing I would change is put my scheduled appointments on the home startup screen on the app instead of having to click tab to the scheduled jobs. Not really a big deal.

Horrible...Once they get your subscriptions, CRM, FSM, Books, Inventory..all supposed to be integrated..but payments are not.. So frustrating!!

never got it going. We had high hopes of integrating Zoho CRM, books, inventory, FSM, etc.. NO GO.. SUPER DISAPPOINTING

absolutely impossible to cancel subscription$$$. very difficult to log in with OneApp & security codes..just ridiculous. They billed us for over a year with us complaining...Really bad experience getting help.

Très fluide, une suite fiable avec Zoho CRM et les autres logiciels de la suite. Avant, nous étions avec un logiciel sur Filemaker et c'était très lourd.

Pros

La fluidité et la fiabilité. De plus, le logiciels n'est pas trop cher. On paie par utilisation. Ce qui est bien pour les petites entreprises.

Cons

Jusqu'à présent j'aime tout. J'aurais apprécié un design un peu plus costaud. Pour le visuel il y aurait un petit travail à faire.

Pros

The technician app is clear and efficient. We can document work, capture signatures, and take photos all in one place. Everything syncs instantly to CRM and accounting – it's a big time-saver!

Cons

Some interface texts are still in English or too technical. Also, customizing forms and templates could be more intuitive for non-developers.

GREAT PRICING AND FUNCTUNALITY. Efficient scheduling and great visibility, but setups are slow and offline use is very limited.

Pros

CES Forklift uses Zoho FSM to manage service teams, track job progress, and map routes. While there is no exact public satisfaction score published by them, general Zoho FSM user feedback shows high satisfaction. Users praise the app for its easy scheduling, clear mobile tools, and fast support.

Cons

Initial setup takes time, and the app lacks a global search or a full offline mode. Limited integration with BIGIN
